Came to Kissimmee,....with my family...For our twins birthday. We only wanted an overnight stay after flying from the uk and we had stayed in the area a long time ago.However the old town is well past its sell by date and is quite tacky. The suites were big but very dated and there looked nicer places to stay in the vicinity. more

This was our third stay at the "suites". We have a hot rod that we put in the cruises and it is convenient to be able to walk back and forth when our car is parked at the show, so we have been a little more flexible and tolerant with the lack of overall cleanliness and service in the past.... more

I had called S.A.O.T to see about an extended stay rate.They said that they could accomodate me for the period I had requested.I asked the GM if the place was clean, he said that it was an older place but they kept the place up! Stayed for four days. Have had 5 stays there in the last year and half. During this stay they had the front two buildings shut down, as they were changing the mattresses in ALL the rooms there for new ones. Not sure if they're doing the whole hotel or not, but saw all the piles of mattresses in the parking... more

Stay every year for last 10 years, any where from 10 to 21 days. cant beat the price for the size of the room. Old and dated but clean. We are lenient for the price , beats a small room.
