This was an exchange time share week vacation. Our unit was spotless and had just about all of the m odern conveniences one would want on vacation. Located just a few miles from Disney theme parks, this one bedroom suite is spacious enough to sleep four comfortably. King size bed, full kitchen with full dining area includes dishwasher, coffee maker,... More

The apartment was nice except for the silverfish. The wireless internet is too expensive at $50 for the week or $10 a day. The free internet services in the welcome building was busy, busy, busy with only 4 computers and 2 outlets available for personal computers. There were numerous complaints from the long lineups of disgruntled clients. There were no... More

After reading all the past reviews it sounded like our stay could be a hit or miss. I took the advice of some of the reviewers and requested a newer building on a higher floor which they were able to accomodate. We stayed in building 10 which was not the newest buildings but it wasn't too bad at all. It... More

After being bitten by bugs in my bed at this "resort" and spending 8 hours in the ER and two weeks in Florida and not allowed to be in the sun. This vacation was horrible. The hotel offered to change the sheets when I called to complain about the bugs in my bed. I went to the Minute medic and... More

Very crowded streets and ful parking lots of cars competing with each other ot park at the most conninient place. Sometimes you cant sleep because of car seirens and poples talking loudly even in the middle of the night. The premisses start stinking when your inteligent ceighbor start grilling his favored ribs early in the morning at 7:00 a.m. the computer... I suspect that satisfaction levels with this resort vary widely depending upon the location of the building that you occupy. Some units have peaceful views of wooded areas, or offer views of the Disney fireworks. We were is building 7, overlooking the service building and parking garage. There was a surprising amount of noise generated by car alarms, motorized carts... More

This is a great resort and I say this compared to any Gold Crown resorts in the world. The check-in was OK, the living units superb and spotlessly clean when we found them. The units are large, with a huge living dining area, a bedroom and attached jacuzzi and a huge bathroom. The TV was a wall mounted LCD and... More

Stayed 2 weeks with 2 young children, grandparents, and 1 week with extended adult family (second A&B unit for them). Overall we had a very good experience here, with a few glitches that were tolerable, considering no location is perfect. Were asked once to attend a presentation, they accepted our declination graciously. Occupied attractively appointed A&B units in bldg 11,... More

The room and areas were clean, however, we had no dishwasher or stove in our unit. The exercise room is definitely lacking. It has a few treadmills and ellipticals, but no free weights. The only piece of weightlifting equipment is one beat up and old "universal" type of machine. It was difficult and cumbersome to use, and thus I only... More

PROS: Beautiful unit inside. Very clean! Quiet - we never heard our neighbors. Lovely Jacuzzi in unit. Very helpful and friendly staff, without exception. Nice nature walk on premises - although short. Very nice playground. Ample barbecue facilities. Variety of activities, incl. bingo, card games, Wii games, volleyball. Close to Disney (but you still need a car). They only asked... More
