We've rented a house through Florida Palms during 2003's Christmas week. Awful experience. No grill although we were promised one. Pool heating not working, although ordered and paid in advance. The Indoor heating system not working properly. We've been asked for cash to fix the problems. Paid as requested, got nothing in return...The pool did not work for the whole period. No chance to get the cash back. Bunch of crooks...All kinds of funny charges appeared on my credit cards after our departure, charged by...Florida palms, of course. Trying to find someone to talk to about all this, hopeless. Nobody returned my calls or e-mail messages. Milking-the-stupid-tourists overall attitude... more
