As title says, I have some mixed feelings for this hotel. For one thing I have to say that even though it is located right in 192 (Irlo Bronson), you have to be sure to ask for a room located in the left side of the property (facing lobby) because on the right there is literally nothing (just forest). This... more

My family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children, stayed in this hotel for 7 nights on our vacation. The first two nights we stayed in two double rooms (because the suite that we were supposed to have was flooded) and then we were given a suite for the last 5 nights. Both the double rooms were ok. The suite... more

I booked a room for three nights. When I returned the second night after the Daytona 500 my key did not work. So, I went down to the lobby and the new manager Susan stated that she had booked the room to some one else despite the fact I had booked it for three nights.and there was no vacancy. She... more

Originally I had reserved a room at the Quality Inn Universal (on Windhover) but after comparing the feedback/reviews left, I decided to go with the Goldstar Inn and Suites in Kissimmee. When we went to check-in the clerk must have been having a bad day, she never once smiled. I smiled and said hi we’re checking in and handed her... more

I reserved a suite because there were six of staying in the room and this would accomodate all of us, well when we arrived to check in our room was out of commission and evidently this hotel only has two suites, we were down graded to an ajoining room with two queen size beds which was fine but not a... more

When I made the booking and noted the price of the rooms, I was expecting to get an old, probably not so clean room. My family was pleasantly surpised. The rooms were newly renovated, very clean, carpet was clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Do not be nervous about the price. You do get value for your money. more

Our holiday this year was a trip around Florida so we booked the Goldstar for the first two nights before we set off. When we eventually arrived there (the only thing I can criticise is the lack of directions we received from them), the accommodation was absolutely spotless. The beds, bathroom, carpets, everything about the place was clean and tidy.... more

I booked a suite, and It's nothing similar to the description. The "kitchen" is just a old toaster and a very old microwave oven. The two beds are at same bedroom (the only one), because the other bedroom is the "kitchen" and the "living room" without bed, just a Pullout Couch, not very comfortable. Avoid it more

We stayed at Goldstar Inn & Suites in June of 2006. The employees were all very kind and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean. We booked our room directly on their website and got a great package deal. Our room was $50.00 and included a free car. We will continue to stay at this motel for all of our future... more
