This place had a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and ambience that said Florida Keys. I liked the fact it was an older property because it fits in well with all the history in the Keys. As a writer it was very "locationally correct".

Faro Blanco no longer exists. They have torn it up and razed it.

How can any respectable "resort" expect to rent out a houseboat unit that is not even secure against intrusion from the locals for a $135.00 price tag?
