This place is fantastic for seniors, teenagers, kids...well the whole family. Kids can fish from the beach or from the warf. They are sure they will get some fish and even baby sharks (harmless). The beach looks like in a dream with palm trees and white coral sand. One lap pool and a great relaxing pool + an amazing lagoon... More

We loved our stay at the Checca. The hotel amenities were great- 2 pools, beach with kayaks, great restaurant and bar. Our rooms were very comforable, maybe not as roomy as they looked in the pictures but we didn't spend much time in the room.

Our first room was far from what we had expected when booked and when I shared my disappointment with the front desk they immediately went to work and resolved the issue. The Lodge has had a major remod due to fire and some of the rooms are old. Updated…but old. For many this would be fine but I don’t mind... More

This was our 6th year staying at Cheeca over winter break. We look forward to going every year. The suites are perfect, good food and staff. Plus the Spa is wonderful. Can't recommend enough.
