First time to ever write a review. Our family just returned from our much needed Spring Break vacation. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service! The restaurants had very slow service, the concierge staff was very rude and spoke to us with a bad tone, the maid service didn't clean our room until 5pm every day, the bed was... More

Everything here is overpriced ands the service is sub-par. Everyone hardly notices you here. Looks like management has been resting on their laurels. It is a beautiful property and the landscaping is amazing, but it stops there. Lots of corners cut on food, quality and service.

I stayed at this resort in January 2014 with my 8-year old son for a long weekend. It was about as described, pretty clean, nice facility, mediocre service. The onsite restaurant choices are not very good, but not horrible, and offer nice views. The concierge staff was lazy -- refused to set up a 2- hour fishing charter, saying they... More

Cheeca Lodge is lovely. The grounds are beautiful and lush. There is plenty for everyone to do to stay busy, but if you want more, there is fishing and quirky, local restaurants serving delicious food within a 2 mile radius. My only complaint, and it is a small in the scope of all the positives, is I wish they were... More

My wife and my two kids decided to go here at the last minute for a mini Spring Break vacation. We flew into Miami, rented a car, and drove down US 1 to the resort. It takes just over an hour (if you use the Florida Turnpike from the Miami Airport). The resort staff is clean and well maintained. We... More

Cheeca Lodge has the best service I have ever seen. What a great team they have. And the scenery and grounds are breath taking. We had a great time there ! All in all a bit pricey. Sushi restaurant was great! Windy but warm, so happy it didn't rain. Kayaks, bikes, golf, spa, pools, they have it all.

We stayed at the cheeca this month (April) in an ocean view room and it was the best experience ever. The first people we encountered were the 2 valet people, Alex and Bruce, and let me say kudos to the cheeca management for hiring such nice guys as they are the first people their customers encounter. As someone who is... More

How about a complimentary glass of champagne upon check in? The lagoon rooms are very peaceful, especially at night when the tiki torches are lit. The beach bungalows have vaulted wood ceilings, partial ocean views and convenient parking under units.Ocean front suites in the main lodge are unreal. Wet bar, large bathroom, walk through shower to lanai tub, over sized couch and a very... More

Recently spent the weekend at Cheeca Lodge for a wedding. While there were some lovely perks, such as the snorkeling trips ($50 each extra), bicycles (no charge), and yoga on the beach ($10 each extra), the total cost of staying here was not worth it. We were put in one of the 800 buildings, which were the farthest from the... More

Cheeca is a very pretty property; the foliage, pools, tennis courts, pier, very nice white sand beach, and good food at Atlantic's Edge restaurant. Staff is very nice, particularly in the restaurant, and everything is clean. We choose a room with a golf course view, which is not pretty because you are mostly looking at sand pits. The room was...
