From the moment you pass thru the security gates, the staff is smiling while they help you.Our 3 night stay was a gift from our daughter. We were in the main lodge overlooking the beach and the ocean. Our suite was fantastic,we had breakfast on the balcony each morning, assorted Danish and a pot of Starbucks coffee. We played the pitch and putt... More

Great Stay, Everyone from Earl on the front gate is very friendly. The facilities are brilliant and the setting is world class. There is endless activities available onsite from all water sports to golf. The rooms were very comfortable and champaigne on check in was a nice touch. I really wish we had stayed longer.

From the moment we first arrived we were made extremely welcome and we knew we were somewhere special. The location, room, facilities and the food were excellent as was the service to go with it all. You are right the lobster sandwich is the best ever! The only complaint is that we were not staying longer. But you are on... More

We have stayed here a few times and fell in love with Islamorada. It's a beautiful and quaint key with so much to offer - yet laid back and relaxed. We enjoy the little bungalows at this property. We have stayed in the main area of the hotel and though pretty, there is nothing that beats the privacy of the... More

We had an amazing room and loved the resort, however the service was absolutely HORRIBLE! It was astonishing that such a lovely resort would not have higher standards. We made reservations at their main restaurant for dinner and the hostesses were rude and we were sat 30 min after reservation time. Service was slow and inconsistent at the table. Tried... More

We stayed at the presidential suite but received nothing short of bad service . For $450 per night this is what you get : first day, no house keeping ; second day: no coffee, no washcloths .. After calling guest services TWICE!!! still, NO coffee and NO washcloths to take a shower .. Housekeeping is horrible .. Not worth the... More

Stayed in newer 800 sq ft room with balcony at main lodge. SPACIOUS!! Bombay type decor huge bathroom with a enormous double shower(too weird in size for me). This resort really should be getting 5 star reviews as it is a fantastic property with cracking facilities available. The location is perfect, right on the shore and the rooms are lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated with all the required amenities. The property has several nice pool areas, including an adult only pool. There is a nice man made, beach type... More

This hotel has every activity imaginable on the premises including golf. They are all included in the "resort fee" that is charged in addition to the room charge. They all have tennis, bicycles, kayaking, canoeing, as well as beach chairs and wireless internet included. I loved my room and the fact that I could park my car in the garage... More

This was a great place. Beautiful location. Very clean and inviting. Be careful where you leave your items, I had several fishing rods stolen out of the carport. I contacted security while there and was put in contact with their insurance company who, in turn, immediately denied me. I made several attempts to contact management throughout the process and was... More
