If you're on a tight budget and looking for an inexpensive and clean hotel for no-frills travel, Conch on Inn is a Safe Bet. I was meeting up with a group of divers to go out with Conch Republic Divers for a week of diving. The accommodations were handled for the group. I was the first to arrive from our... more

Made reservations over a month ago. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation. Even worse, they didn't have any vacancies nor did any other hotel/motel in all of the upper Keys (holiday weekend). If this is the last place available to stay, I'll sleep in my car. Looks like a dump. more

What a dump! Only stayed there because friends nearby didn't have enough room. They raised rates in the middle of our stay. Hope I didn't bring any bedbugs home with me! more

Management response from

Guest wanted to stay at a different hotel where a friend'ss wedding was, but they were sold out and picked our smallset room for price. He kept asking for more services and cheaper pricing. We asked him to leave when he began interfering with other guests!

When we drove up to the motel, we were happy to find it wasn't one of the newer hotels/motels that seem to be taking over the keys. It has survived many hurricanes and tropical storms which kept them remodelling and restoring this quaint home away from home. Its quiet charm, huge arrays of flowers , the hand painting from a... more

If you are tired of generic motel rooms that are exactly the same no matter what part of the country you are in, this motel is for you! It has the laid-back feel of the old Florida Keys. It is run by a great couple who are friendly and helpful, but never pushy or overbearing. They have great knowledge of... more

They have a lot of nerve charging $120 a night for this place. If we could have found another room the second day, we would have left. It was run down and dumpy. The bathroom fixtures were loose. Bath towels were the size of hand towels. Loose tiles on the floor. The room was so small you couldn't walk around... more
