We had a great week at Conch on Inn, the rooms were nice and clean (thanks Michelle!) and the hosts made us feel welcome and at home. We saw several manatees, and it was great to sit outside and relax, thanks for the fans under the Tiki Huts.

On arrival the place looked very basic, then we went in the back yard. It is on the waterfront and a lovely place to sit and have a beer or cook your own BBQ. There even manatees in the canal most of the year. Pour some water into the canal and they will come up to you - amazing. Rooms... More

Spent one night with Cindy and crew. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and fluffy towels. It's not the Hyatt, but a charming small boutique motel on a canal. The manatees were a real plus. Nice patio to enjoy and visit with the other guests. Just off Hwy 1 so very convenient.

We stayed one night and was pleased with our stay. The people that run the motel are very friendly. This is an older motel but the place was clean and beds were comfortable it was not the Hilton and you did not pay for the Hilton and I would stay again the next time we visit the area.

I don't believe all the positive reviews. NO WAY are we are reviewing the same motel. We were shocked to check into room 6 in 1/15 and discover it in a state of SERIAL DISREPAIR with an ALARMINGLY STAINED set of mattresses on the sole bed. Blood had soaked into it in multiple large spots, and there was no mattress... More

This eight room motel has a charming deck on a canal containing several manatees and fish. The lovely setting with chairs and plants is a highlight of this motel whose exterior and interiors are undergoing nice updates. Cindy is informative, friendly, helpful and the owner of four rescue dogs, so the motel is pet friendly, but clean. An affordable choice... More

Cindy and Mike are perfect property owners. We ended up not arriving for check in until 10:00 pm and so I called Cindy and she was like no problem. She left the door unlocked and on our bed was a sheet of all the places she recommended us to eat or visit while in Islamorada. Also in our room was... More

This is a one of a kind hotel! My boyfriend and I had a blast. Mike and Cindy were extremely kind, welcoming and informative. Upon arrival they gave us an abundance of extremely useful information about local activities, scenic spots, the best happy hours, fancy restaurants and local dives. We were able to experience a true taste of Islamorada with... More

The hotel annulled the reservation after it was made through Expedia and a deposit of UDS 122 was paid. When trying to contact them, to hear if it was a mistake, the email address listed on their homepage bounced back.

As someone else said, it's all about the aura, and the aura provided by Cindy and Mike and the girls (dogs) is homey, happy, warm, friendly. Not that there was anything wrong with the "vintage Florida" accommodations -- on the contrary, we found them at least the equal of similar nearby motels that charge more. And if you'd like to...
