My wife and I stayed here for three nights on the way back from Key West. It is a small, charming resort with all the charms travelers to the Keys look for. We stayed in one of the ocean front cottages and found it to be one of the most relaxing locations we've ever stayed in. Within fifteen minutes of... More

We found this little gem after walking out of the worst VRBO ever. The staff was super friendly and professional, the room and amenities were great, and pride of ownership showed throughout the resort. Our Keys experience went from bad to BEST after staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in July. Our room was nice, and had a small kitchen. Our room had a patio, and was just a few steps from the beach. The beach is kind of a pier with sand over it; not really a beach, but still a nice place to sit and look at the... More

This is the perfect spot for relaxation and a great view. We had a studio and it was perfect. We cooked twice at our place and are out the rest. Chris is great at the pool bar and the morning sunsets are unbelievable!!!!! There are a few "dives" in the area and this is a hidden gem!

My family stayed here for 3 nights. We needed a base in the area to visit some of the local excursions. The resort occupies a slither of land between the highway and the sea. Internally our room was perfect for our family, three lovely bedrooms and kitchen/lounge area. Beds were super comfortable and decor good. The only problem with the... More

The grounds were kept immaculate and the pool are was lovely and peaceful . Staff were very helpful and spent time with you giving good local information. If... More

Pines and Palms is truly a terrific "Old Keys" vacation. It's not a slick 20 story hotel, but a scattering of rustic cabins in a neatly maintained grounds. If you're looking for a big hotel with a lot of amenities, this isn't for you, but if you're looking for an old Keys experience in a quaint, quiet, locale, this definitely... More

This is a lovely old Florida style resort. We stayed in a small cottage that had a slight view of the ocean. The staff was very nice and helpful.First time venturing off to a different place while in Islamorada but glad we did. Can't wait to go back next year!

Super friendly staff! This is the quintessential Florida Keys getaway. If you've never stayed in the Keys, you may be a little dismayed at the "charm" of the accommodations. Perfect location a little hidden away from the highway, but very close to Bud and Marys. This is the second year we have stayed here, and will be back next year!

A lovely resort, we had booked to stay on our way down to key west & are so glad we did. We had a cosy cottage looking out onto the sea, it's not full of mod cons or a big 40" tv but we weren't there for those. It has free wifi & a hammock between the palm trees for... More
