Beautiful setting with personal and engaging service. Not formal, but just what is needed when you want to escape from the craziness of life for a few days. Great books in the rooms. Local restaurants for dinner a must, Chef Michael's excellent. Lovely gardens to wander through and pool to swim in. They even provide bikes to roam around on.

we stayed at Casa Morada in May this year as part of a tour of the Keys. Having had a fantastic time in Key West, we were a bit apprehensive when we drove in here, as others have said, the road is not that inviting. However our worries were completely alleviated once we got into the hotel grounds. The whole... More

Phenomenal resort - the ambiance, the service, the staff, the overall layout, design and atmosphere of the resort evokes a sense of peace, calm, relaxation & tranquility. Without a doubt we will be going back! It is close to tons of great places in Islamorada and is absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway! Enjoy!

My husband and I visited over the 4th of July to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The staff was lovely and so accommodating. We went on a night sail to see the fireworks on the 4th, and it was wonderful. All of the details at this hotel were just perfect.

I admit I was concerned when driving up to this hotel. Madeira road is not exactly inviting. However as soon as you turn into the hotel grounds everything changes. There was plenty of parking. The welcome was really friendly, we were greated with champagne. We also found they had upgraded us to sangria la - a room overlooking the sea.... More

Myself and Husband as part of our honeymoon stayed for 2 nights at Casa Morada September 2013. Two nights really was not enough and I wish we had stayed longer. This spot is so peaceful and beautiful. We took a trip to Key West which for us was a big mistake; we wished we went fishing at Robbie’s for the... More

My boyfriend and I traveled from SFl to the Keys for a weekend getaway to Islamorada & and a colleague personally recommended Casa Morada. It was such a peaceful, quiet, beautiful spot for a quaint getaway. There is plenty to do on and nearby the resort. The staff from check in to check out were kind, relaxed, and helpful. They... More

Casa Morada, is not your typical "resort" it is in a category all on its own. Do not come expecting fancy restaurants, a lobby bar or a bustling atmosphere you will not find that and nor should you. Casa Morada is serene, tranquil, peaceful and truly amazing. The staff Ivette, Angie, Ross Stephanie, Terrie and all the rest go out... More

When I spoke to Ivette on the phone to discuss the possibilty of our staying at Casa Morada for a couple of days I knew this place was going to be special. From arrival to departure,(wish we could have stayed longer), everything was so wonderful. Ivette, who was going to leave for an appointment actually stayed around till we arrived.... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights mid-July and it was gorgeous. We had the Shangri-La Sea View Suite and I would choose same again. Its only downfall is no shower just a big bath with shower head but totally worth it for the balcony size and view. The room is located behind a door which leads from... More
