Lovely location, very picturesque. The rooms were basic but adequate. I felt the room needed a deep clean, cupboard handles were very dirty. as was the white headboard. Just returned from a girls weekend at the Islander Resort. The rooms were spacious and had a nice kitchenette. Our family enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Islander Resort over Spring Break. The resort was clean. The staff was very accommodating. The oceanview from our room was fabulous. We loved having a kitchen and separate bedrooms for the boys. Fantastic vacation! more
Went to Islamorada on Friday 9/18 through Sunday 9/20 to celebrate my fiancee's birthday. The resort was beautiful, clean..food was excellent!! beds were comfy. We had an awesome time and would recommend to anyone! and our next vacation will be at the islander! more
LOVE the fact that they are pet friendly. It's one of my favorite places - it has a "Keys" feel but with mainland hotel amenities. Can't beat that for a great "get-away! Plan to go back over Columbus Day weekend I liked it that much. more

Bad customer service you have to call many times to get service. Rooms are under construction, cans of paint,ladder,brush etc in porch. And most of all they do not know how to treat a customer that is going for vacation. more
