Inadvertently reserved room as single occupancy instead of the actual four adults one child and when checking in were accused of "trying to get away with something". It was a honest oversight but was told I would have to rent a second room. The gentleman at the desk stated there was nothing more he could do for my family and... More

This is an older motel with very small rooms- just enough space for a Queen bed, a small table, and a dresser/TV stand. If it weren't for a trendy micro-hotel in Tokyo, this would have been the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. That said, the room was clean and everything in it worked properly. Check in and check... More

Nice location on the Keys with a nice pool. rooms are clean and the beds sleep well. The aico is working good with to much nois. There was a little bit of outstanding maintenance in the bathroom. Friendly personel The pool is nice but they have less parasols. Good parking and free wifi. no breakfast . soft coffee

It is the most disgusting, nasty, moldy motel I've ever seen. The staff must be the rudest people I've ever met! Honestly, every last one of them were horrible. Especially the guy up front, he is the rudest person and the sound of his voice could possibly ruin your vacation alone. HEATH MY WARNINGS! I'm disregarded the reviews and stayed... More

I have stayed in many hotels in Florida, and by far this motel is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The owners/mangers are the rudest people you will ever encounter. They do not care about nothing except how they can rip you off. Just ask any other business on the Island. They will tell you nightmare stories about... More

This is not a fancy hotel, but it does not advertise itself as one. We rented 2 rooms and 1 cottage (all clean) for 12 people on a family vacation. This place needs to be updated but all the showers, kitchen appliances and wall A/C's worked, the one in the cottage worked best! They are short-staffed in the housekeeping department,... More

Lousy service: Lacking many amenities and one day after fishing all day we came back to find no towels or anything and when I went to office to report this , I was left just standing there for 10 minutes before the girl told me to go back to my room and that she was "working on it". We finally... More

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! air condition did not work and the maids did not clean our room. They charged my credit card almost double than what I was supposed to pay. The owner is extremely rude. I would rather sleep in my car or under a bridge than in this dump!

Very rude staff. The owner is even ruder. He made me believe he's racist and don't like Hispanics. They definitely need an attitude adjustment. The rooms were dirty and disgusting. The pool was dirty and so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom. I would never return there to stay again and I won't recommend it to anyone either. I've... More

My family and I booked a room for 4 for 2 nights by phone. We gave them our credit card just in case something happens they could just charge us from there. BIG MISTAKE! They charged us even though we did NOT stay. There were more than four people in all honesty. But all of us were going fishing except... More

HarborLightsMotel, General Manager at Harbor Lights Motel, responded to this review

These people had 8-10 people trying to check into a double room which they reserved for 2 people. They were sneaking in after hours, when they thought no one would see them. They even parked way back in the boat storage lot to avoid detection (which is why it was immediately suspicious to us) and had 5 people in that... More
