This is a great charter for family's , friends & small groups of 6. The captain & his matey are both very knowledgeable about the sport & location of fish in the waters. This is not a fishing trip ! It is a catching trip!! Our group did not have a lot of deep sea fishing experience and they were... More

We had a good time at the resort. Plenty of fine places to eat in the area, There is a nice place to eat at the resort as well as a bar on property. You are about 30 mins from Marathon and 90 mins from Key West. If you just want to relax this is the place to stay.

Situated ocean side Lower Matecumba, in a beautiful tropical setting, next to a big marina offering 5-star sport fishing, and a wonderful family-owned Cuban restaurant, Habanos Oceanfront, offering amazing pizza, fresh seafood, and Cuban cuisine . . . how can you go wrong? You can't. Not inexpensive, but amenities of a small beach, sand volley ball courts, tennis courts, amazingly... More

Very good location, nice and quite, centrally located in the Florida Keys. The room we stayed in was outdated. Kitchen very old, but clean, bed mattress awful. Internet reception very poor. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Staff very accommodating.

Great location and friendly staff. The pool is just huge. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the ocean . The marina was also a plus. The property has a restaurant ,bar, convenience store, tennis courts and shuffle board. The down side is that the rooms need updating . The kitchen is very very old and the beds need new mattresses,... More

I stayed here with a friend and her family for mini lobster season. The resort was clean and right on the water. It has it's own marina and bait shop. I didn't make the reservations as I was just staying as a guest with my friend. From what I saw it books up quickly because of it's location. They are... More

We stayed for a week at Caloosa Cove. My mother-in-law booked this property for my daughter, a friend and I through RCI. We stayed here while our husbands and sons/brother went to Boy Scout camp at Seabase, which is just across the highway. The accommodations are not new and luxurious but they are nice and clean. The bed and pullout... More

This is a timeshare property that also rents out owner units when not occupied, and is clearly the best of the timeshare properties in Islamorada. The efficiencies are small bur adequate for a couple, and the larger units are a pleasure to occupy with families of 6 or less. The unit we occupied was a two bedroom suite having recently... More

Beware of their description of luxury!! This is an OK place but don't feel I got my timeshare trade value. Their description of full kitchen doesn't tell you that there is no dishwasher. Some of the units have a contraption straight out of the 50's called a Dishmaster attached to the kitchen faucet but I found it easier to buy... More

Nice accommodations with great ocean views. We found it to be very quiet. Each unit has private balconies with ocean views. Nice little kitchen with all the necessities. Beautiful pool and lovely landscaping. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
