This hotel is closed. apparently they are having construction in the area. Not sure if another hotel of if this is renovations. Tried to call and the number is disconnected. Went to the Harbor Lights hotel and it was good enough. Not the JW Marriott but we had a good time.

What a nice place You almost drive past before you know it was there Small mom & pop with lush foliage close to everything in the keys including beach and attractions Fishing within minutes So is major shopping hospital [if necessary] and award winning restaurants Although proprty didn't have pool or beach Founder's Park right up the road duly compensates... The room is very clean and nicely decorated. The rate is unbeatable. The motel has no beech, no pool, no restaurant, but there is a very nice restaurant called MM88 next door where you can walk on the beach and watch sunset. We really liked this motel.

We spend almost every weekend in the Keys during the months of January through the end of April and always stay at the Islamorada Motel. Pat and Pam are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and we always get a good, quiet night's sleep. We may need to spend Saturdays and Sundays on business in Key Largo... It had been 4 years since the last time I went to the Florida Keys . The last time I was there, Pat and Pam who has had the Islamorada Motel for 11 or so years, was talking about selling and leaving. Much to my surprise they were still running it and it's still is a nice clean affordable place... More

I came down without my wife and kids for some snorkeling and diving. Just needed a clean, comfortable place to stay. Being a value shopper, I think this is the best value in Islamorada. They have huge bathrooms, there is a fridge in every room, the beds are comfortable and the aircon not too noisy - I slept like a... More

We stayed overnight at the Islamorada Motel in late Feb 2008. We only needed a bed to sleep on the way to Key West. It was clean, comfortable, and inexpensive. The staff (the owners brother) was friendly, loaded with local knowledge, and just down-right homey. Just a good old boy who seemed like he was from the Carolinas somewhere...but he... More

We went to Islamorada to fish for Father's Day and we stayed in the Islamorada Motel. The staff was very friendly, and the accomodations were clean and comfortable. We needed friendly advise about night fishing and we got it. We joked with the staff about "NO BEACH NO POOL." She just wants to be sure someone isn't misled or disappointed.... More
