We couldn't have been happier with this little find. Just steps from Duval and Simonton, we were everywhere we wanted to be within minutes! The staff was amazing and the other guests were delightful by the pool! We were thrilled not to hear the noise once we got home! Can't wait to come back next spring. Thanks y'all!!

Came down for a weekend with the guys and this place was awesome. Literally steps from Duval St. This is the only place I will stay from now on. Villas were clean and go perfect with the laid back Key West lifestyle. Im coming back next year with the wife and we will be staying here for sure!

The property is well located but that is where it ends. The maintenance level is poor. The rooms (the ones that I viewed) were furnished with a old and worn furniture certainly at level well below the photographs published on their website.
