Azul is a pretty little hotel with typical Key West architecture. (It's a beautifully renovated historic building converted into a hotel.) Everything interesting can be found within walking distance, and the surrounding area is not too crowded (unlike Duval Street). US-1 goes by the house though. This was a very nice B&B that my wife and I enjoyed. We were able to walk to most of our destinations but found the scooter to be a better way of getting around. The staff was great. Our shower had some presure issues, but it did not deter from our stay.

We simply love the place. Nice and quiet, clean and tastful decorated. We felt at home and the staff was fantastic. We were in a position to get disappointed because our expectations were sky high but we were positive surprised. Hope to come back some day.

Don't get me wrong, Azul is a lovely place with lovely staff, but our stay has been overpriced for the value. We stayed in the "luxury suite" which is on the third floor only accessible by a narrow, metal spiral staircase. I'm barely 5'7" and I could hardly stand up in the shower. The couch is tiny.

Azul is a beautiful B&B in Key West, Fl. A few blocks away from the noise of Duval Street. Great location to get around. Michael and Gail were very accommodating.
