Stayed here as a walk in guest, saw it from the street and looked clean, tidy. Reception was friendly and efficent, all rooms have been renovated and a pool added to the center courtyard area. This was our first time visiting Key West and we were delighted with every aspect! The Truman Hotel was by far the best value for the price. The rooms and property were beautiful and very clean. This hotel is great! They apparently remodeled recently and the rooms are beautiful, the pool is relaxing, and it is cozy and clean. I loved it! The location is wonderful... right next to Downtown Key West and in walking distance to many places. Will definitely go back! Parking is covered and continental breakfast is included. more

Perfectly located in the heart of KW. Clean NEW rooms. Ours was small but beautiful. Plasma TV, nice furniture. Specially, the bathroom was a treat. I booked the Truman Hotel after reading mixed reviews here. The rate was reasonable and the location seemed good. The fact that there was not a pool did not make a difference to us, we were going to Key West to be on the beach and near the ocean…we can go to a pool at home. The rooms are nice... more
