Simonton Court feels like a little slice of heaven. Not perfect, mind you, but quite delightful. As you have probably read, it is situated in an old cigar factory as well as the cottages which were built for the workers in the factory, which makes it more like a little village once you get off of Simonton Street. Apparently, the... More

I picked this hotel based on a recommendation and it was exactly what we hoped it would be! You can't beat the location..short walk to the action on Duval street, but somehow still quiet and secluded. We stayed in the mansion (tulip), the room was spacious and comfortable but be prepared for 3 flights of stairs. The property itself was... More

We were so excited about the pictures online for this lovely place to stay, so close to so much in Key West. And when you are spending more than $300 a night, you should be really excited by the opportunity. But my husband and I both felt that we way overpaid for what we got. The room we stayed in... More

Found this hotel on Trip advisor and it is as good as the reviews say. The staff are excellent and the rooms and grounds are very cozy. The location is perfect. A couple blocks away from the noise but walking distance to just about everything. The front office can also order bicycles to be delivered to the hotel. We did... More

I can't describe this place in a way that will do it justice. It's cute, beautiful, peaceful, spacious and cozy at the same time. The rooms and the outdoor areas are all well appointed. (orchids on the fence in the garden, lights on the poinsettias). It's quiet, but in the middle of a busy part of Key west. There are... More

We have been to key west probably 7 or 8 times (lost count given we love it so much) and stayed at various hotels and inns close to or on Duval street. This is the first time we booked Simonton Court and we were pleasantly surprised at the place. We stayed in an amazing suite with awesome decor that felt... More

Chose this place on a friends recommendation and what a find! We stayed in SC3 the old cigar factory building and the room and private balcony just screams old Key West! Continental breakfast from 8:30-10:30 had great service and the food, fruit, juices and coffee was enough for us! Would definitely choose to come back here in the future! Multiple... More

Stayed in the Mansion house the Orchid room during the offshore powerboat races this November. We felt like we had the whole 3rd floor to ourselves! The room was gorgeous with a huge bed and giant bathroom. We had dinner on the front porch, all to ourselves. Quiet and very private. The pool area had fresh iced tea and was... More
