Everyone was very thoughtful and helpful- we were so lucky to get a room upgrade to a perfectly lovely cottage- the property has so much character. The weather was unbelievable hot and the air conditioning was superb. It was very nice to have a continental breakfast available ,but the same things everyday got a little boring. The Inn is in... I cannot say enough good things about Simonton Court. From the wonderful staff to the crystal clear pools to the very charming rooms, everything was just perfect. I took my partner for his 50th Birthday weekend and he was just so incredibly happy and impressed. You cannot beat the location as well. We were able to walk everywhere. The front... More

We stayed in MA2 . I've stayed here four or five times but never in the mansion house. The room was bigger than I thought it would be, great large shower. And the veranda overlooking the breakfast area was GREAT. Not for you if you don't want to carry your luggage up to the second floor, but when we arrived,... More

Driving down to Key West at the last minute on a holiday weekend almost every other inn was full. Not only did I find a significantly reduced online deal, Simonton even upgraded us to a Townhouse Suite on arrival! Spacious and comfortable in a lovely leafy setting. An old cigar factory - staff huts converted into cottages and the cistern... More

Wonderful place. We stayed in cottage 2. It was fantastic for a college roommate reunion. Lots of little areas to congregate and catch up over a bottle of wine. Rooms were spotless, breakfast hit the spot, and the location couldn't have been better. Be sure to walk down the street to Off the Hook for outstanding food.

Pricey but location is prime as it is only round the corner from Duval Street . The rooms are quaint but fully equiped. The set up as before is an oasis in an area of frantic action. Staff were very helpful and but breakfast was a tad lacking though.

My husband and I took our first trip to Key West in August and decide to stay at a B&B. From the first time I called in June to plan our trip they were very helpful, We decided to do three days, one of which was a camping trip to the dry tortugas, When I told Will our plans he... More

This place was truly a little gem. Just a stone's throw off Duvall Street, there's no need for a car if you are lodging here. This historic inn has it all. For starters, there are many selections as far as the accommodations themselves are concerned. The property is at least two acres large and smothered in lush tropical foliage, and... More

We arrived there without knowing anything. We chose this Inn, because of all the reviews and we were delighted! We spent few days in this location and it was wonderful. The staff was great and very helpful (specially Steve!!). The location is just perfect and the rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The private swimming pool are great, next to... More

Beautiful lush grounds, so charming and peaceful and only a block away from Duval Street. We stayed in one of the suites, had its own private pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast on their patio was delightful.
