Loved the hotel, localization, staff, room, the pool. It is on the historic district, you can go everywhere by walk. Nice breakfast too. Just great, telling all my friends to stay there when visiting Key West.

We recently returned from a five night stay in the Historic Inn. The Periwinkle room, SC2. The grounds are wonderful and the room was just right for a Key West stay. We made use of the main pool and the pool associated with the Historic Inn. Both are great. The breakfast is quite nice and served at hours that work... More

If you're planning a trip to Key West, do yourself a favor and stay at Simonton Court. The grounds are a lush, tropical setting with an old world feel. Even though your are mere feet from Duval St., you seem to be in your own world here. The staff is amazing and beyond friendly and accommodating. The cottatages are private... More

What a find! We are looking forward to coming back. The cottage setting, trees, pools, excellent service and great complimentary breakfast are outstanding. This is a definite gem in a setting of fine hotels and inns. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and local attractions; we never moved our car from the parking lot.

The hotel is a continuation of small and big wooden houses in a garden. We were in a big house of 8 rooms. The decoration of the large bedroom was simple and a little bit old-fashioned. Few room have a private outside space, all have access to the main swiming pool and some have also a semi private roman pool.

Every thing you could ask for. Clean accommodations, caring staff, and excellent location make this a hit on my list. Just a block off Duval, yet no noise. I stay in TH2. Key West vibe and semi private pool. (shared with one other unit. NICE !) I will be returning in the near future. Thanks Terry and Steve for your assistance.... More

My husband & I chose to get away for some us time together. Simonton Court B&B was the perfect choice to do this in the heart of Key West. The gardens & (4) pools were lovely & very serene. We had the Royal Palm Suite on the 2nd floor with a private pool on the grounds below us. We were... More

My brothers and our wives all met up in Key West for my oldest brothers 60th birthday. We have been in Key West a couple of times, but had never been to the Simonton Court Inn before. The first thing that jumps out at you is the excellent, attentative and friendly staff. They do a personal tour around the grounds... More

We staid in Simonton Court for two nights in what probably isn't their nicest room (MA4) - 3rd floor, tiny balcony (albeit under a beautiful old knippa tree!), poor water pressure and no wifi reception. Their other rooms and the studios are probably bigger, breezier and more comfortable. The garden and pools are beautifully designed, a true oasis just around... More

My wife and I decided on a last minute trip to Key West. Having not been there before, we had no idea where to stay, except that we had been told...'you do not want to drive anywhere' in Key West. We settled on Simonton Court, mainly because of its close proximity to Duval Street. We couldn't have picked a better... More
