This place was touted as a 4-star experience; only the price was 4-star, definitely not the experience. The room was disgusting. Our entry way was a sliding glass door with a flimsy lock. The bathroom was a plastic unit shower with a very old, rusty dispenser for cheap shampoo and body soap. The upper framing of the shower was rusty... More

we made reservation thru internet, of course wasn't showed the air conditioning was a window rattler and made me feel I was in a plane. No parking, unless you pay $25/day and so, I was told to park in the street. Just reporting the reality to future guests. your choice.

We stayed at the Simonton Court because we were going to Key West with friends and they had already booked there on a deal. I was a bit surprised at the cost of the rooms, but for high season in the heart of Key West it wasn't totally outrageous. The grounds are gorgeous, and the multiple pools are very nice.... More

Such a lovely hotel in the perfect location just round the corner from duval street. Our room was at the front and was a little loud with roadworks but still lovely -lots of charm and tradition. Pool was perfect cooling off temperature. Only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a bar serving cocktails! Staff all really... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Simonton Court. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The gardens and main pool area offered a great place to relax. There are several other smaller pools on the property that are technically open for anyone to use but felt like private pools for the rooms that face on them. The desk staff was... More

This place is very ovepriced and I would have expected 5 star but it's only a 3 star if that. The breakfast was awful, the wifi was intermittent, the rooms stank of bleach every morning after they had been cleaned and the bathroom was tired with rusty shower curtain rings and rusty pipes exposed behind the toilet. In fact the... More

This hotel was perfect. It is right near Duval and so an easy walk to the action but is just far enough off that it is quiet and calm. The rooms are nice, big and quiet. Ours had a balcony that overlooked the pool and courtyard. It was fantastic for coffee in the morning, the there was complimentary coffee, juice... More

My fiancé and I went to the keys and booked the hotel the day of. Since we got there the staff was very welcoming, gave us a tour, and walked us to our room. The place is indeed historic and that's what we loved the most about it. Such a beautiful, homie, tranquil feeling. It is a small place so... More

We have been to Key West several times but this was our first stay here. The staff is top notch, they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and will assist with reservations. Each room is different but all lovely. Pools are well maintained. Daily, a delicious breakfast is served by the large pool. Convenient to everything. Loved it!

Stayed at this B&B in Oct. when Fantasy Fest was going on. We would sit on front porch and see the strangest people in the world. Room was facing Simonton St. The room had a full kitchen, very nicely furnished. They had a breakfast every day with the same foods, they were like you would see at a Hampton Inn... More
