This is an overdue review for a stay I had over the holidays. First, let me start off by saying that I have been coming to Key West for many, many years now. I've stayed in lackluster guest houses and fantastic inns. My stays in KW have run the gamut in terms of lodging options. I also know that Key... More

I after several reviews we decided to stay here it was rated 4.8 and we were not unhappy with our choice. I attended conference at Casa Marina which is about 20minute hike which was fine. We booked try booking.com and room. Wasn't any cheaper than going to site( should know this by now). Rooms were clean we were on 3d... More

My wife and I checked in last Sunday, Steven upgraded us to the cottage upon arrival, we loved it, very clean and a lot of room, nice rockers on porch right next to clean pool. Breakfast was fresh and very good, staff were very kind to my wife and I, Paula at front desk was also very kind. We had... More

Our family of 5 adults and teens loved our stay at the Simonton Court. We had a quaint, charming cottage to ourselves. It was clean and inviting. We loved be able to walk right out to two different pools and lush gardens. The breakfast was light, but enjoyable. We loved eating poolside each morning and hanging out on the front... More

The property is gorgeous the staff is amazing! An absolute getaway right off duval, close to everything! The room and the private porch felt like we were in a home away from home! We will def be staying here again! The daily breakfasts were great and the resident kitties were adorable and friendly! I couldn't ask for more relaxing stress... More

This boutique b&b is the best overall place to stay in Key West. It's unique setting, outstanding location and beautiful gardens and 4 swimming pools make it an outstanding choice. Just one block off of Duval Street yet quiet and created out of historic buildings you have a variety of room choices and options. Rooms with balconies overlooking the black... More

Found the Simonton Court Cottages while doing an internet search and decided to give them a try. Must say it was a great find. The cottages are closed to everything in Key West. One block away from Duval Street but far away enough not to be disturbed by the noise. The cottage were very clean and well maintained. The grounds... More

This place was touted as a 4-star experience; only the price was 4-star, definitely not the experience. The room was disgusting. Our entry way was a sliding glass door with a flimsy lock. The bathroom was a plastic unit shower with a very old, rusty dispenser for cheap shampoo and body soap. The upper framing of the shower was rusty... More

we made reservation thru internet, of course wasn't showed the air conditioning was a window rattler and made me feel I was in a plane. No parking, unless you pay $25/day and so, I was told to park in the street. Just reporting the reality to future guests. your choice.

We stayed at the Simonton Court because we were going to Key West with friends and they had already booked there on a deal. I was a bit surprised at the cost of the rooms, but for high season in the heart of Key West it wasn't totally outrageous. The grounds are gorgeous, and the multiple pools are very nice.... More
