Clean and tidy would use again friendly reception lady gave me a short cut to Naples... More

Quaint and quirky. Old Key West. Well kept and clean. Friendly staff. Convenient to Duvall St., but in a picturesque, quiet neighborhood. If old style Key West lodging is what you're looking for, this is a good one.

Key West was on my "bucket List", but going there in winter is expensive. But we found a well-priced and lovely small hotel on line. It's not the Waldorf Astoria, but the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It is centrally located on White Street, which meant within walking distance to Duvall Street and such sites as... More

This place was great! Friendly service, decent free breakfast (cold) until 11am by the pool, nice pool area, clean, etc. The rooms aren't huge, but they are exactly what you need. The hotel is a decent walk from the hustle and bustle of Duvall street, which is nice. Bikes are easily rented and make this no problem at all, but... More

It was a lot further from the boats and action - not an easy walk with bags - probably 1.5 miles. No hair dryer and no outlet in the bathroom. Place was run down and help was not helpful. Water took a long time to get hot in the shower. Pool looked nice. Breakfast was ok. Toilet almost tipped over... More

Thank you for bringing to my attention the need to look at the toilet in the 2nd room. We will do that immediately. As to the water flow, the ceiling in a room below was being immediately and adversely impacted by water that was coming from upstairs and there were 3 possible room options that it was coming from. After... More

We were lucky enough to book this room at the last minute during the high season at a decent price. This room was very small I believe it was 103A but for a last minute fit I was glad we had a place like this to stay in Key West. It was about 6-8 blocks away from Duvall street in... More

The hotel was in a good location. The breakfasts was adequate. The staff was very friendly. The pool was warm, although it could have been cleaned more often. The bikes offered at a small cost were a great amenity. The walls are way too thin, as I could hear the neighbor snoring throughout the night and the conversations of my... More

I know that Key West is expensive but one expects more for over $300. Though it lists itself as an historic house most of the accommodation is actually more motel like accommodation. Our initial room(103) was on a corner with a staircase outside and no privacy but they changed it without quibble to a second floor one. The rooms are... More

The Palms is old-style hospitality among the palm trees in Key West. Centered around a pool are several buildings generally two levels in a variety of layouts to accommodate varied travelers. The staff is welcoming and informative. Bicycles are rented on premise to get you going on your way. The hotels buildings sport many porches for relaxing. The location is... More
