We stayed at Pilot House to celebrate our anniversary. The woman at the front desk and the one who constantly "supervised" almost every move the guests made ( how ice machine was used , how and where guests parked cars , pool attire , who used which plastic chairs ,etc.) certainly contributed to a ruined stay. Stayed at Pilot House May 24th to 30th. It could not have been better. I would reccomend it to anyone. Daniel was perfect. It was like having your own personal guide to Key West. Very comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable. My ladyfriend and I agree and cannot wait to return. more

Everything here was great. We especially liked the jetted tub in our room. Also, the staff here was very friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and quite yet very close to everything. more

This place is in a Great location. You are a block and a half from Duval, so 5 min walk. The grocery is 6 min down the street. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean. I had a large room with a full kitchen, so it was really big. There are Cabana rooms by the clothing optional pool... more

Just returned from our Spring trip to Key West. This trip was the best yet and the Pilot House is the reason. I travel 52 weeks a year and for 51 of those weeks I'm wishing I was at the Pilot House. We had the Attic Room and it was a slice of heaven. It was as private as you can get, we had a HUGE balcony and hot tub all to ourselves. The room is a little tight with it being in the Attic. It might be tough for tall people, but it was great for us. We didn't spend any... more

Pilot House was POOR! The pool was filled with leaves, as well as every chair, and pretty much the entire pool area. The staff was extremely rude. No amenities. It was one of the few places we could find last minute; and now we understand why. There were only 2 other couples staying there, in an otherwise, very busy Key... more
