Feel as though taken advantage of on price. Booked room earlier and checked in late to avoid driving after a few drinks. Called front desk for shampoo........told no room service. After arguing someone brought shampoo to door, knocked on it and left quickly. Front staff at check in only grunted when we entered. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Stayed here years back with a buddy and got a room just off the pool with a window overlooking Southard. Location just a short walk from all the action of Duval is fantastic. The major reason I chose the Pegasus was the rate: $119 per night during season! Granted, that rate is only available Sunday through Thursday but that is an unbeatable price in Key West. I couldn't agree more with most of these reviews.I asked for non-smoking room,didn't get it. In my room there was an ashtray filled with cigarettes!
