This hotel is not the ritz but it's very clean and well kept up. The rooms look recently renovated and the decor is modern and not cheaply done. Nice pool area too. You really can't beat the location - right in the middle of everything. Despite this it was quiet in the rooms which I appreciated being a light sleeper.... More

I stayed here for a few days towards the end of May 2014. Because the king-size bed took up half the floor space, I had to almost turn sideways to walk between the bed and the dresser to get into the bathroom. By the way, the bathroom tiles could use a good deep-steam cleaning, looked like they had ground-in dirt.... More

We go to Florida for our family vacations and have stayed at many hotels, The Pegasus is very reasonable on the prices and the fact that it is in the middle of Duval street is a major plus. There you get free parking for your vehicle but who really drives in Key West you can walk EVERYWHERE!!!!! This hotel has... More

Traveled April 23, 2014. Price wise, considering the location, is great! We paid about $200 a night, (wish it were more affordable), but it was super clean, staff was very friendly, and we couldn't beat the location, right on Duval St! Most hotels on this street are either much more expensive, or not as clean. There is a Walgreens almost... More

I honestly did not know what to expect out of this hotel. I normally stay in large chain hotels, not boutiques, and you never know what you'll get. We went to Key West Memorial Day weekend and were only staying four nights, so we wanted something affordable and did not want to rent a car. Pegasus is in a PERFECT... More

We stayed at Pegasus in April for more than 200 dollars a night and were very disappointed about the worst serivce we experienced during our one month America holiday in 19 different hotels. This was the most expensive hotel and we were treated worst. The lady at the front desk was really rude and should not work in this position... More

Your review truly came as a surprise. We pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming service -- it's concerning to hear your experience with our concierge was so disappointing. We stayed at the Pegusus in Key West from May 15-20, 2014. This is an art deco boutique hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel in general, appears to have some recent updates. The pool deck overlooks Duval St. and has comfortable lounge furniture. On the negative side, the pool filter appears to need replacing. The pool... More

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, Jim! I'm glad you enjoyed our location, but disappointed that you thought our pool wasn't cleaned frequently enough. I appreciate the feedback. I will definitely bring this up with my staff. Cheers, Pegasus Guest Services More
