Got this hotel through the Florida Keys Visitor Center in Key Largo, when I realized that I was too old and not nearly tough enough to camp in Florida in mid-August, at least not for six days. (Pardon me for liking comfort every now and then at my age.) :) Very friendly people. Appears recently redecorated. Stayed in several different... More

I stayed here for two nights. It was great. The hotel was small but had all the facilities I needed. The room was great with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The air con worked great which helped as it was hot! The hotel was on the corner of Duval and was close to all the bars which all had... More

This hotel was great! It is very tricky when first arriving but the fun of the maze like property was great. We went up to the second floor out a door to find a pool and bar, down some stairs, around a couple corners, down a few more stairs and were in this awesome corner suite away from most everyone... We stayed here during my very 1st trip to Key West (July 2013). We visited during the 4th of July Weekend and chose this hotel based on the rates and the location. Keeping in mind that this is a mom and pop type hotel and not on the same scale as the chain hotels in the area, I think this... More

Stayed at the Pegasus Hotel last week. Location is perfect. Center of Duval and close to everything. Had a standard King room (cheapest option) on 3rd floor. No outside noise. It was really quiet. We were one room off the corner of Duval St. Big room, very clean, had frig and coffee maker. The bathroom shower was really big, tiled,... More

I went to Key West for the very first time and stayed in the Pegasus hotel. My plan was to stay 1 day and 1 night, but I ended up staying 3 days and 3 nights due to the hotel accommodations and comfort. The hotel is located on Duval St, which is in the heart of down town Key West.... More

This was my second time staying here, they have really cleaned the place up and have it a fresh coat of paint. The price for the location is amazing, you can pretty much be anywhere within 10 min on the island and easily walk to anywhere you'd want to go. I plan on staying here again next trip.

The Pegasus hotel is located right at the heart of Duval Street. The hotel is very clean and it's inexpensive compare with the other hotel and resorts located on Duval street 169.00 a night. They also provide complimentary breakfast mini muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, coffee and orange juice. From front desk to cleaning crew very nice and welcoming. Rooms are... More

This was our first time staying here and we LOVED the location! Right in the middle of Duval so you could walk just about everywhere. We walked to Mallory Square, to the Southernmost everything, to Fort Zachary Taylor. It was the perfect spot. The Pegasus was kind of a quirky place but isn't that what you want in Key West?... More

This hotel is in the middle of Duval street and walking distance to Mallory Square (5 blocks) lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was polite and knowledgable about the area. The room (209) was clean and roomy. The bed was king size. Bath was small but had a nice tile shower with lots of hot water and spa... More
