We had an amazing time and loved our stay at the Hyatt Windward Point. Having been to Key West before, we knew our way around and decided to bike everywhere! We didn't get a rental car- the hotel is less than .25 miles from the airport so it's an easy walk. We ordered bikes from Conch rentals ahead of time... more

I'll keep it as honest as possible. My friend is an owner in Hyatt. For a timeshare property, quiet, nice pool, clean, spacious condos. That's as far as it goes. I was there with my family and best friends family in 2 condos next to each other. We were on the first floor. We were obviously cased by a theft... more

My husband, myself and (young adult) daughter stayed at the Windward Pointe for 3 nights Jun 5-8. The first thing I was happy about was how large the condo was. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The bedrooms are very separate, one being at the front & one at the back. So they offer a lot of privacy. The... more

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which had excellent furnishings and was clean. The property is situated near the airport, but the airplanes which were infrequent didn't bother us. There is daily maid service. The bed is comfortable. It is not situated too close to the action, but if you have a car, it is not a problem since... more

We stayed 7 nights in May 09 at Windward Pointe. We had four adults in our party (which included two girls in their early 20’s). The time-share accommodations are quite spacious with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, living area and outdoor balcony with ocean view. The grounds are well maintained, the views are beautiful and everything was very neat... more

We are timeshare members and exchanged a week for the Windward Pointe. I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews and actually called the hotel to ask about where our room would be located (in regards to the airport). The room was very clean and we found it well appointed. I had everything that I needed - hairdryer, iron... more

We arrived in Key West on 4/23. We spent three nights at the Hyatt Windward Pointe. It is a small timeshare property with 7 buildings of 2 bedroom condos. Each unit has 2 baths as well. The balcony was very spacious and had a telelscope. We had a first floor room that looked out over the sand volleyball court, and... more

My parents own a Hyatt timeshare in AZ and thought it'd be nice if we all took a trip to Key West. I chose this particular Hyatt based on the positive reviews. Overall, it was a gorgeous property-beautiful landscape, views, and rooms. The condo type property had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a full kitchen with everything... more

Was a bit concerned based on all the reviews about the airport -- but its a non-issue, infrequent small craft -- its absolutely no problem. Five star rooms (honestly better than most four seasons), perfect decor, incredible maintenance, cleaner than Mr. Clean's house, perfect service -- great ocean view. Smallish pool for a resort this size and not that many... more

Not sure where to start. Just returned from 3 glorious nights at the Hyatt Windward Pointe. I have been going to KW for about 12 years and loved this place better than any other I have stayed at or visited. I guess I will start with the negative comments about this place by previous posters. 1) It is on the... more
