Rooms are expensive in Key West but that shouldn't be an excuse for a run down small room. I got a queen room. Small room showing many signs of wear and tear. I attached a photo of the light switch in the bathroom. Items like rusty cabinet hinges, noticeable drywall patches, cracked bath tiles, dirty elevator, etc. I'd expect that... More

We booked last minute on New Years Eve since my son was called out for business. But charging $400 for a room you can't swing a cat in should be illegal. I would not pay more than $150 for this place. The hotel was clean...ish, location satisfactory. I would not choose to stay here again.

The one bedroom suite we got was large, it was a small apartment. Very clean and comfortable. We were about 10 minutes away from Devall St.The hotel staff were friendly. Had an excellent view of gulf coast..just across the street. My wife was disappointed that the pool was closed. Sitting on our private balconcy over looking the ocean, I told... More

Everything looked so clean until going to bed there was a roach on top of my bed. Later to find roaches in the bathroom and every where. Wouldn't recommend it at all there are million other hotels near by.

The room was spotless and very quiet so a good night's sleep. The pool is not as big as the photo would imply. The breakfast is basic, continental, but included in the price. Transport is not provided into the old town. It is a very long walk into the old town. Service could have been better as we were told... More

We have sayed in $45 old roadside motels that were way way cleaner. If you walked in the room with bare feet, they got so dirty from the carpet that it looked like you had been outside walking in a parking garage. Gross. The bath door would not close. This place would have been a big disappointment at $49. At... More

My husband and I stay there woke up the first morning to find roaches on the kitchen counter. I told the front desk and was given another room, that night my husband awoke to a roach running up his leg. Told the front desk all I got was an apology and said they'll look into it.For $250 a night I... More

We booked through another website and there was a little problem but that was taken care of fast and the hotel made the stay a great one. They upgraded it'd to a one bedroom suite and it was very clean and lots of room. Great view of the ocean and with the balcony I was able to enjoy meals over... More

First of all, the place isn't worth the price. The room was clean but had a strong smell of powder carpet cleaner. The bathroom had cracked tiles and the shower faucet was wrongly installed. When you pointed the dial to hot water it was cold and vs versa. Also we had a theft in our room. My husband had left... More
