Perfect spot...a few blocks from Duval St. and walking distance to all of Key West attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had 4 people in a 2 bedroom. Nice kitchen and living area where we could hang out together plus we had a sweet porch that overlooked the street. Felt very safe coming and going late in the... More

What a gem...one of the best surprises we've had for years. We didn't expect much - compared to other options in Key West this was relatively inexpensive (mind you KW is expensive in general). When we opened the door to our room I was sure that we had been upgraded (we had booked a standard one-bedroom suite in the main... More

The Island City House Hotel is charming historic hotel in the Old Town section if Key West. The hotel is perfectly located on Williams Street. Close enough to conveniently walk to all of Key Wests attractions such as the Conch Train, Southernmost Point, Mallory Square and Duval Street but comfortably out of ear shot from noise of the weekend revellers.... My husband and I were referred to Island City after Key West B&B heard we had our grandson with us, who was 15 years old. I called and they gave us a great king size suite with pull out for my grandson. We found it to be friendly, we heard no noise from anyone, pool was a great addition, which... More

We stayed on the 1st floor of the 'Cigar House' overlooking the pool area. Our room was lovely. There was a kitchen area with a granite worktop, large cooker, microwave, large fridge with a good sized freezer and a daily selection of snacks. The lounge area was very comfy with TV, settee and chair along with a table and chairs... More

We are writing with regard to our recent stay at the Island City House (ICH). We have visited Key West many times over the past 20 years; ICH is by far our favorite accommodation. We have always enjoyed our stays and are always complimentary upon checkout to the friendly and familiar staff. Originally, we selected the Island City House for... More

This was my first time in Key West in several years and this is where my friends wanted to stay. A little pricey but turned out to be well worth the money. Great kitchen and new snacks left everyday by the room cleaners. Everything was very clean and accommodating, nice bathroom and rooms were a nice size and soft beds.... More

This was previously a tobacco house, deep in old Key West, and a 3 minute walk from the famous Duval Street, and Mallory Square at the harbour - where the greatest 'free' (this means - give them a gratuity) show of ex-circus artists ploy their trade (no more cats leaping through hoops lit with flames, however - that's too non-PC),... We stayed on the 2nd floor of the Arch House in the Garden View room. It was a perfect sized room for couples and maybe even a small family (there is a sleeper sofa). Excellent views of the hotels gardens. Only complaint is the air conditioner noise from the unit right next to the balcony. Very easy going staff that... More

My wife and I visited Key West in February and stayed at the Island City House. This is a perfect location to stay in Key West and it is so clean. The pool is very nice and our suite was fantastic. We loved the porch and there was a lot of privacy. I highly recommend the Island City House. It... More
