Great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the grounds are well kept. It's a safe family atmosphere with 2 wonderful pools. The front desk staff will help you find great places to eat, entertainment and scooters too! I even learned to paddle board. If you want a great place to stay, that's clean, friendly and safe, here's your new... More

Outdated, in poor repair, A.D.A. difficult, non-functional -- these adjectives do not begin to describe reality at this place. How does taking an elevator to a second floor condo, but the elevator does not rise at all, sound? Oh, but then, when you finally get your belongings to that floor, a carpet at the door to your unit is horribly... More

Nice place to stay at. If you get a room close to the road you will get traffic noise. 2 great pools and hot tubs. Nice bar on the water and a friendly bartender. The room could use some upgrades. Easy to get too

Air conditioner was not adequate for the room. Staff was nice and helpful. Decor needs improvement very old and used. Sofa bed was old and you could feel all the metal. It okay for cleanness I have stayed in cleaner places. Water was great and marina was awesome. Best to get scooter to get around.

We were travelling as 2 families (6 people total - 1 couple + 1 child each) and booked Coconut Mallory to spend the night while we spend rest of the day site seeing. Property is located right besides a pier that offers some water activities like canoeing. There is also a bar in the premises (1 minute walk) right next... More

This resort is nice and clean. It has a marina attached for a fee if you would like to bring your boat. They also have two pools, an adult and a family pool both with BBQ grills for use. They have villas and 2 bedroom suites. Be sure to call the resort directly to verify which one you are assigned.... More

This is not what I would call a resort. It has a 2 pools and a hot tub. It is equipped with some basic kitchen supplies and the have a towel exchange but no daily room service. The master bedroom doesn't have a dresser. There is a bug problem. My daughter had bites from something. Thought it might have come... More

This is an older resort in reasonable good condition. Any negatives we found were more than offset by the positives. The staff was great. We liked being able to walk to the Marina/Bar..where the prices were quite reasonable. We borrowed some other items from the office that helped us with our meals (a crock pot and a rice cooker). We... More

Spent a week here with family. Liked the location..quiet, and just a short drive to anywhere on the island. Upon our arrival we stopped for a drink in the Boathouse bar. The bartender told us we had to pay for the drinks, but the termites that were crawling all over the bar were free! Later in the week my sister... More

Checked in the day before we left our time share in Marathon. We had a one day overlap. This property is just over the Stock Island bridge. Not sure if it was a good thing being the farthest from Mallory Square or not. After seeing the two bedroom condo, we were very glad we had the extra day in our... More
