We stayed four days in June and loved the resort. Quiet and peaceful. Pools were great. 1 bedroom apartment was nicely furnished. The staff was extremely helpful. Would love to go back again. more

My husband and I have two young daughters and go to Key West to relax and spend time with them. This place is a nice quiet place to stay, the rooms have been recently updated, they are clean, stocked and the staff is reasonable with meeting demands, Pools are clean, grounds are lushy landscaped. The other hotels on this side... more

I stayed at the Coconut Mallory 5/23-5/31 while attending a conference in Key West. Overall, the experince was very good. The staff was very helpful and tried to accomodate you as they could. The rooms were clean, but VERY small. I stayed in a studio. It had a bed, chair, bistro table with two chairs. The kitchenette was functional with... more

Stayed a week in a studio unit (405). Unit was very nice furnished and well decorated inside. Covered patio leading into unit was wonderful also. The boathouse was very quiet and enjoyable to watch passing boats, planes, and wildlife. Bill was nice to talk with also in the boathouse. Grounds overall were very well kept, and the two pools (one... more

We stayed at CM and feared the worse somewhat and what we got was such the opposite. Our condo was clean, updated and had all amenities necessary for our week. It is on the quiet end of KW which was great for us. The grounds were well kept and full of tropical plants. There is a boathouse bar area (enclosed)... more

I am very happy to report that we were very pleased with our stay at the Coconut Mallory last week! My husband and I do not look for the 5 star resorts when traveling as we usually seek out a quaint B & B or Inn when traveling. This must be the case from the previous travelers with negative reviews... more

After being charged out of the nose for parking and subpar service at Miami Beach, we were praying for a better time at Key West's Coconut Mallory. Our prayers were answered! We braced ourselves for the things mentioned in the negative reviews from the other travelers. Thankfully, we didn't experience any pests or timeshare solicitations. What we recieved instead was... more

My boyfriend and I went to Coconut Mallory along with another couple for what we thought was going to be an awesome time. My father is timeshare owner with Interval International, and he gifted the trip to us. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! The place is written up in the Interval guide as having a fully functioning marina-HA! The place was deserted-even... more

We were kicked out of the lobby because the staff was handling a complaint when we tried to check in. We were then told to inventory the room. Towels were missing and the front desk was told...they never got us the towels. The water heater broke on day 2. Maintenance said that they couldn't get anyone to look at it... more

This place does not deserve to be included as one of seven choices on an Interval International exchange, especially for a platinum member. The ankle-deep water in the parking lot from the cloudburst an hour before we arrived can be overlooked, though it took two days for the lot to drain completely. However, the supposedly non-smoking 1 bedroom loft unit... more
