This is a perfect location for a Key West vacation. Private white sand beach, quiet, but close to the action. There are not many good beaches in Key West, this may be the best. The staff is great, especially with the kids. The pool is small and not too busy. If you want a busier scene, all you need to... More

The pool and the beach are very small. The rooms are also very basic and felt run-down. Hair dryer did not work. The iron did not work. The staff were not very happy and seemed bored with their job. Choose another hotel in Key West, many to choose from with lovely service and fantastic rooms and better location for half... More

Nice hotel in a great location but we paid a large premium for the location. I doubt this facility is comparable to Waldorfs in other locations. I would consider returning but would also check other hotels.

The Reach was a terrific oasis just off of the beaten path of Duval, around the corner from the southernmost point, and down the street from the Hemingway House. The staff was friendly and efficient and the pool and (tiny) beach were great. I used the gym both here and at the sister resort which was a little larger. I... More

I have written a prior review of the Reach. I stand by my assertion that this hotel is not worthy of the Waldorf Astoria classification. This hotel is in the Hilton family, and should be a Hilton IMHO. This is our third stay here, once as a Wyndham, the last two as the Reach. The staff was unfailingly polite, and... More

The property is exquisite. The staff are very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. We went for a wedding held on premise which was beautiful. I found this hotel expensive. Poor water pressure (can't do anything about that, it is the keys). The pool was hot, the ocean was hot. the only relief was the room ... which... More

Came here for a week vacation with my fiance. The price was kind of steep (esp with valet parking and resort fees) and the hotel wasn't as nice as I'd expect a Waldorf Astoria Resort to be, but seems like the price is generally high for this area. The beach in the back is really nice, though small. My favorite... More

We stayed here for the beach location, but it was very expensive & not worth it. The staff at the front desk were not very accommodating when you had a problem. There was lots of construction going on & lots of noise.

Very quaint nicely appointed open aired Key West resort. Could not book into the Casa Marina as it was booked full. The courtyard room was pleasant though space was a bit tight. Shower was not as clean as it should have been but for an overnight stay it was acceptable. Restaurant and morning buffet was excellent, all staff were very... More

Great service! Great food! Would highly recommend for dinner. To bad it was rainy and windy or we could have sat Putin the beach. Our server from Minnesota was great. She recommended the special as well as desert to try. Will come back if we make it back to Key West!
