The Casa Marina is the ONLY place to stay when visiting Key West. The hotel building and beach front location by far put this wonderful hotel in front of any others we saw during our stay. A perfect location just around the corner from Duvall Street means a short walk to restaurants and bars and even a 5 minute taxi... More

After reading many reviews on trip advisor I was a little worried about what I would find in my room at this hotel. The rooms have been updated and are adequate. The service is first rate which makes up for a few flaws in the room. The room is clean with lovely Linens and amenities. The bed was comfortable. The... More

This is a great property, ocean front, and very comfy room. We had a room without a Balcony that was a disappointment. Great breakfast layout in the morning, this is real a “vacation” feeling. Pool and the beach is a bit disappointed especially when you come from Clearwater or Naples I think this is the best place to be in... More

Gave the hotel the heads up that it was our 10 year anniversary a couple of weeks before staying. They gave us a great room overlooking the pool with a balcony. Bathroom not massive but ok, room enough for two doubles. Was very happy. 1st night hotel sent up some bubbly which was a nice surprise. Spent time in (hot)... More

While this hotel had some redeeming qualities, it lacked others. Upon arriving I was met by a receptionist that was more interested in hurrying us along so she could get to the "cute" guy standing alone behind us that she kept winking at while we were trying to check in. I thought it was a twitch at first but my... More

Very nice resort. I loved the old charm of the original/oldest part of the hotel (middle section). Wavy glass paned windows, unique rooms - old world feel from that time period. It appers to have been nicely remodled. Bed was comfortable, adequate sitting area furniture (room 434 - the "newer" west wing of the hotel). The food was very good;... More

I recently stayed at the Casa Marina for a Girl's Weekend. While the hotel itself needs some major renovation, the service was incredible! Everyone from reception, to the concierge, to Food & Beverage were exceptional. Specifically, one wonderful man named Daniel- We had chairs set up with towels waiting for us every morning, he brought over cucumbers for our eyes,... More

This is a very nice resort and the rooms are very clean! I was concerned after seeing a bad review, but this is a very clean hotel. The staff was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again. We loved the beach hammocks....very nice!

First room was very noisy, you could hear every noise coming from the neighboors' room, such as TV, bathroom and normal discussion, through the connecting doors. Also sounds from other floors were very cleear in our room. After complaining we got another room on top floor, without connecting door, so our problem was solved, but for many others? Housekeeping is... More

The hotel has a lot of great ammenities including frozen towels, cucumber slices, misters, Popsicles etc that are passed around the pool throughout the day. The food is overall amazing but I would still recommend going out on the island for dining. The bartenders are slow, so don't expect fast service from the bar area. There are a few pool... More
