Renovations are a massive improvement for the Hyatt on Front Street in Key West. Obviously matching the South Beach style with water gardens, turtle sanctuary, modern baths with lots of glass, low lighting and soft "spa" music. My Husband and i were touring the Keys and spent 2 nights at the Hyatt. We booked in on arrival and had no problem booking a room. We even got to view the room before we made our booking. We were disappointed with the room and amenities at this Hyatt given the cost of the room per night. The flat screen TV (used rarely) had annoying audio static and was inconveniently placed for viewing...the bathroom sink was without a stopper (to conserve water when shaving)...the toilet was positioned almost on top of the toilet paper dispensers...there was no ice... more

We stayed here for 4 nights from 2nd May' 08. Our room was fantastic although a little expensive at $400 p/night but we had a gulf front king with a fantastic view as you can see with our photos attached.
