Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got to our hotel at 10am Friday during memorial day weekend and was able to check in right away. The rooms also had no carpet-all tile which is good for florida. This is a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. It's not downtown on Duval, but it's much closer than other hotels in the same price. The room is well equipped with refrigerator and microwave. The room is on the small side, but handled three adults well. Very quiet, although it's on the main road into Key West.
