This hotel just open about 2 weeks before we stayed so of course it was exceptionally clean, lots of big towels, mattress was very comfortable and lots of pillows for comfort. The pool is very nice and a rum bar next to the pool. The wifi was terrible in our room, but I guess they haven't worked the "bugs" out... More

This one will make it to the top 5 easily!!!!!! I visited the hotel 2 days ago. It was completely renovated from scratch and is definitely ranked No. 1 in my opinion. It used to be a really bad hotel with bad management. The staff is amazing. They even paid for our shuttle to the airport during our visit. They... More

Exactly a Quality Inn, a kind of motel/hotel, a bit used rooms, ok for one night. Reception team is not friendly and are not worried about your concerns. Breakfast is basic. Pool was not working… and internet is reasonable.

If you want to visit Key West and you are a budget traveller – I would recommend this hotel. To get downtown you need to pays for shuttle bus, as it is pretty long distance. It would be much better to book a hotel in southern part of Key West (e.g. close to Mallory Square) but that would cost much... More

We Drove from Miami to Key west while I drove for most part, I enjoyed the shapes of islands in between and we had breakfast at Burger king on the way to keywest. The best thing we did was no booking and we got this hotel on the way and we got the rooms as well. It was not that... More

Great place logistics! It is the ideal way to start the adventure in search of treasures, alligators, pirates and sharks! To relax you can stay in the pool until late but I recommend you get around the island Key (also in water scooter) or the entire archipelago Keys. In this island, there are resturants with Cuban food!

Unfortunately the Quality Inn Key West is now closed for renovations. It was the best week and stay for me and my husband. We had a room directly off of the courtyard and next to the pool. We spent quite a bit of time in the courtyard just relaxing at the comfortable tables and chairs. The foot traffic wasn't heavy,... More

Stayed here 6/22 to 6/24; what a mistake. Hotel is beyond outdated in decor. The tv was snowy, rabbit ears could provide a clearer picture. There were NO working soda machines OR ice dispensers the 2 day stay!!!! That is a fine way to end your hot and humid day returning to the hotel!! Then being told by the front... More

Purchased a 2 night stay from Bill Browns Travel Plaza online,( the deal was 2 nights anywhere in US) and was moved to this one from the original Days Inn due to construction. Grounds were filthy, broken frigs in walkways, trash, flooded walkways from afternoon brief storm, musty smell in room and toilet bowl was not clean. Outside area looked... More
