Enjoyed another great visit to Key West and stay at The Grand Guesthouse. Really like the location tucked away in a residential neighborhood and nicely hidden from the street, 10-15 minutes easy walking distance to Duval Street. Wonderful staff are available when you need them, good continental breakfast with super coffee, rooms are very clean and well-equipped. On a previous... More

This was our first visit to Key West, and we are usually not afraid to stay in the heart of everything, but certainly didn't want to be on Duval Street, so it was fine that the Grand Guesthouse is a few blocks away from all the "action". While this is not really a fancy property, and the breakfast is modest,... More

The Grand Guest House is a simple but extremely welcoming place to stay in Key West, offered at any affordable price. Breakfast is included, and served in the very pleasant and attractive grounds. Derek is beyond helpful. He even fixed my mp3 player, and was kind enough to mail me a program from the Key West Literary Festival I had... More

Stayed in March. Whats good: I found this B&B clean, in a nice quiet location and with great, helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of assistance with suggestions for good restaurants, site seeing and directions. We walked everywhere from the B&B. It was fully booked during my stay. Breakfast was plentiful with a good continental choice taken in a pleasant outside... More

From the street you'd never see the quality hidden within this bed and breakfast. From practical things like the convenient location, reasonable price, and parking to the extras like the nicely decorated, very clean rooms, the helpful hosts, and the wonderful breakfast (included) you can't go wrong with this choice on your trip to Key West.

Not Grand, but definitely good. Good customer service from both Derek and Mark. Good location (near El Siboney). Good breakfast (continental, not full). We were in Room 5. The upside was the two queen beds (very comfortable), the downside is there was little room for anything else (like a comfortable place to sit). The bathroom was also undersized, with little... More

This is a very nice small hotel (like a B&B) with 8 guest rooms on a quiet residential street. If you want the loud & active spot on Duvall Street, this is not for you. This is a nice quiet place with an attentive staff. The manager, Derek, is a great guy who wants to ensure you have a pleasant... More

Using TripAdvisor, we wanted to find a place to stay in Key West that was affordable. This was the place. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was quick in trying to rectify any problems and to offer suggestions about anything. The only drawback was that it was more than a half mile to get to most of the more popular... More

Spent 6 days at this guesthouse, very clean, wonderfully quiet, pretty landscape and breakfast was perfect. Staff was very friendly and always available to help in any way possible to make our stay more pleasurable. This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary...... We plan on staying there again.....Thanks Mark Patterson for all you did.

Spent 2.5 days in Key West starting with my stay at the Grand. Friendly people were running the establishment, great breakfast, then it went down hill. The cost was over $300 a night for a small, dirty, room that was to far from the action in downtown Key West. Small TV, noisy fan, awful shower and a long walk to... More
