I was a little surprised at the neighborhood location of the guesthouse...then I checked in. The owners gave me a 15 minute orientation to the area, best tours, best restaurants, and other not to miss Key West experiences! The property is well maintained and very, very clean! If you didn't rent a car or scooter, be sure to rent bicycles... more

Old Key West is a district of distinct bungalow architecture and quiet side streets, so it was a treat to stay in a B&B in this neighborhood. My husband and I stayed at the Grand Guesthouse for 2 nights. We had a lovely time and truly enjoyed our stay at this very clean and very pleasant B&B. We loved our stay there. We were not able to get checked in during the "normal" hours so they glady left our key for us. When we walked into the room, I was already impressed. Very nicely decorated. By the door was an umbrella and flashlight for our use (a very nice touch). The room was very clean and inviting.... more

We stayed a few nights at the Grand and enjoyed our time in KW as always. The staff was friendly, but the room was small and plain. Derek's recommendations were great. The green indoor/outdoor carpet in our room and the painted bathroom floor seemed quite out of place. The guesthouse policies seemed to be more to make life easier for... more

My adult son and I enjoyed our two day stay here very much. Derick gave us good advice on local attraction. The Grand was everything we needed. Thanks Derick! more

The people at the Grand Guest House are some of the nicest people you"ll meet. The rooms are clean and there is quite a variety for breakfast and was well presented. We truly enjoyed our stay there and hope to get back soon. Rick and Edee more
