We booked the Marquesa for an anniversary trip to Key West based on TripAdvisor reviews and generally enjoyed our stay. The best thing about the place is its location as we left our car in the garage and walked everywhere. That said, there were two events that clouded our stay. When we arrived, we were shown to room #109, a... More

my wife and i stayed for 4 nights. Staff is wonderful, and we had a junior suite (17) which was private although we could see the entrance to the garage from our porch, which I did not like very much since amidst all the lush greenery this area had ugly concrete. Regardless, the lush surroundings and 2 pools provided a... More

We had 4 rooms for our party of 8 adults. Firstly just to get the negative out of the way. You either need to take a good set of earplugs or have several mojitos to get a good night's sleep ! The traffic noise was so bad that I had to wear ear plugs which was a first for me.... More

We came with friends for a first stay in Key West, and picked the perfect spot for our stay. From the moment Robert greeted us on arrival, the Marquesa attended to every need. Our group had one junior suite and one deluxe room, on different sides of the property. Both were completely satisfactory. We appreciated the attentiveness to timing housekeeping... More

I booked us 4 nights here. I couldn't book our fifth night because they were full. The nice staff on the phone suggested another place to stay that fifth night and it was a great place.I found this place through our Select Registry book. We were very disappointed that the Marquesa no longer is a part of Select Registry. Because... More

We enjoyed out stay at Marquesa while exploring Key West. It has a great location; we walked (or biked) everywhere. The rooms are welcoming, clean and well appointed. The front desk staff, Richard and Bob, were most helpful, as were the maintenance staff and housekeeping crew. I loved the night time turn down service. It was wonderful to return to... More

This was our first visit to Key West .The Marquesa is perfectly located just far enough from Duval to be quiet and yet close enough to walk to most attractions and restaurants. The room was beautiful, one of the new junior suites over the parking garage ( 25) and the grounds and pool area are lovely. The staff are the... More

We selected this hotel based upon Tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed in any way. The location is great for strolling around the historic center of Key West, one block from Duval Street and three blocks from the historic sea port and Mallory Square. The room was wonderful, very clean and with great attention to detail. We found the... More

My sister and I just returned from 5 nights at Marquesa. We didn't know it was March Break madness and St. Patricks Day which made the area a little crazy, but we were able to escape to our own oasis at Marquesa. Sitting by the pool surrounded by palms and gardens we didn't feel the hustle. Our room overlooked the... More

My husband and I just spent 5 days at the Marquesa Hotel. We chose a Junior Suite (#5). The hotel is absolutely beautiful in a very classic way-white walls, dark wood trim, lovely furniture. Our Junior Suite was perfect-very large with an open floor plan, including a seating area, a king bed, and a sizable bathroom. We were just in... More
