A friend recommended this hotel when our favorite condos didn't have openings. Wow! As soon as you enter the property, all is calm and elegant. Free parking close to all rooms. Convenient location right on Duvall St. but so quiet, you never hear all the commotion. I recommend you spend the extra for a view on the water. It was... more

We booked a trip to Key West through Travelocity and stayed at the Pier House. It was recommended to us by a friend who travels to Key West often. We grabbed a taxi from the airport - $8.00 per person. Pier House does has free parking though if you choose to rent a car. You won't need a car if... more

Can you get any closer to Mallory Square? Can you get any closer to the beach? No... Pier House has great location for sure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was decorated in the region's style. Fun street signs marked the pathways between the different buildings and destinations. The drinks were a little expensive, but it's a... more

My first choice was Ocean Key but decided to call Pier House and give them a try if they were less expensive. I looked online and saw rates of $199 and $224 for our two weekend nights. Since this was MUCH less than Ocean Key I decided to investigate. I called the hotel with lots of questions and ended up... more

We stayed at the Pier House from May 23rd to May 27th. Pier house is in a fabulous location right on the water and Duvall street and overall clean. It is the small things that make a difference in a property where you just are WOWED and want to go back. The Pier House unfortunately is not very service oriented.... more

The Pier House is simply heaven on earth! Spend the extra money and stay in a Gulf Front room! We go back year after year and I cannot wait until next year. What a marvelous place! more

My husband and I stayed 1 week for our anniversary and absolutely loved this place. The private beach was wonderful. Our room was newly decorated and very clean. I read all the reviews on Tripadvisor before booking, and it really helped in selecting the hotel and room for our stay. The Pier House is PARADISE!!! more

First the good, great location, lovely room, beautiful beach and a very friendly staff. In particular beach attendants Gregory and Alex were great! Now the not so good, we stayed in the Spa building. If you want to sleep late (past 6:15 am) don't stay there, or at least in the rooms facing the parking lot. The gardeners start very... more

Key West is always fun and staying at the Pier House only made it better. Rooms, service and location was first rate. Awesome massage...thanks Bob! Only improvement would have been an "adult only" or maybe a kiddie pool. I've never been a fan of sharing adult swimming pools with babies in diapers! Otherwise you couldn't ask for a better place. more

Stayed at the Resort mother's day weekend, the rooms are fantiastic the location could not be better. First night we stayed at the caribbean spa building, it was a beatiful room but unfortunately, it was near the street and a new nightclub had opened and ignores the noise ordinance. The music stopped at 11:30. I called the front desk and... more
