My wife and I have stayed here a couple times before. We've previously reviewed both experiences, and not much had changed this time around. This review comes a few months late as our latest stay was this past September. We have always visited in the Fall which brings fantastic weather and temperatures. The Pelican had expanded it's property to the... More

The site doesn't represent itself in proper light from what I experienced. If the pictures were accurate of this establishment then they put me in the basement, because my pictures show different. Old chipped furniture, moldy smelling, insects flying around inside rooms, holes in bottom of front door to cottage where snakes and mice could just walk or slither right... More

Nice place in Key Largo. rooms direct to the road can be noisy. Free breakfast. Boat ramp and a little beach. condo's are very simple and somewhat expensive. Parking direct next to the condo. only 2 miles from John Pennekamp state Park (great diving)

I spent four years in the military. I have literally slept in mud before....and worse. But when dropping $120 bucks, I hope for something a little better. I wasn't planning on staying in the keys that night, but I decided to last second. After making a few calls, The Pelican was the only place that answered the phone after 5pm.... More

We rented two rooms, rm 202 had an odor, l had to stand on the toilet seat in order to turn on the bathroom light, the bathroom sink water was iced cold even after running for 30 minutes. There are also two small piers which are nice and you can use kayaks for free. You can have a nice time at this accomadation because is certainly not... More
