This hotel was exactly what I expected. It was not a terrible horror story that people make it out to be. Stayed one night with my wife over Easter weekend. I found it generally clean and acceptable. My wife did not like it as much, but sometimes women can be hard to please. The lock worked, the AC worked, they... More

This is not an brand new Holiday inn. Its an older Florida motel and for what it offers could be one of the best deals available. Its clean,quiet,non-smoking and close to all the Key Largo dive sites, which is what I want. I fly in from Wyoming 4 or 5 times a year and always stay here. They treat me... More

We arrived at the hotel late in he day, we found a mug on the soil, and dirt kind everywhere. Had a conflict with the manager. Don't go there, the price is to much expensive regarding quality of the service. More

Our hotel does not have mug in the soil and we do not have dirt kind everywhere. We offer clean, smoke free accommodations at a reasonable, economic price in our area. We are a friendly hotel and try to please our guests in a courteous manner to ensure the comfort of everyone. More

For a place that looked a little worn on first sight, it was really pretty ok for someone who was there to just dive and kayak. The location seemed fine, partly because the whole strip is only 5-6 miles long on one road. Their responses to minor complaints were very good - tv remote acting up, light out, etc. The... More

My husband and I stayed overnight at this little motel on President's day weekend in February. We had read some of the reviews after we had booked so we were anxious. But when we pulled in to the parking lot the potholes had all been fixed. Mike at the desk was understated, but emphasized the non-smoking policy and sent us... More

We were a group of 8, two families with 2 children each (aged between 2 and 7). The morning we were going to check out a staff member asked us - between 8 and 9 am - up to three times if our children could be more quiet. The first time I agreed, I had just asked the children mysef... More

Our staff is always polite and courteous to our guests, even when a problem exists. In the early morning when we observe small children running down the hallways unattended, we have a duty and responsibility to take action for safety and the comfort of all our guests. This complaint is unfortunate, we however do have rules about food and glass... More

The parking lot is a gravel area with LARGE potholes filled with water. I think the hotel must have been built in the 1940's or 1950's and never renovated. The electrical outlets are all only two pronged outlets (none of them are GFI). If you have any appliances that have three prongs or two prongs where one is larger than... More

Our hotel has four parking areas and our main area is paved. All our guest rooms have grounded electrical outlets and GFI outlets in the bathrooms. All hair dryers also have GFI s in the plugs. Additionally, for our European guests all rooms have adapters (two round) for the European appliances. We offer clean, quiet lodging and provide free breakfast... More

First of all we were told to park our motorcycles behind the building, that there was a concrete slab in the parking area, when we went back there, the parking area is all gravel, the only slab was a handicap parking space. NEVER NEVER again will I pay for a room without looking at it first. The door to our... More

Our hotel offers clean, smoke free accommodations for the quiet comfort of all our guests. We have four parking areas including our main completely paved area. When guests make special requests, such as motorcycle parking close to their window we try to help. If any guest does not find our facilities to their liking they simply need to alert us... More

OK, for a 1-star hotel, this place is in bad shape. The good: it is centrally located in Key Largo. The bad: It is an old place that is poorly maintained. The ugly: Uneven gravel parking with large pools of water. Poorly maintained surroundings. Garbage under stairwell. Unpainted stairwells. No elevators. Termite invested with termite droppings everywhere in the washroom.... More

Our hotel provides clean and safe accommodations. We have four parking areas, the largest of which is completely paved. Our property has no stairwells all staircases to the second floor are exterior. All facilities are in good working order and any claims to the contrary are unfounded. We are a strictly non smoking facility and no exceptions can be made... More

We were here 3 nights for a dive trip and the only good thing I can say about it is I was sure glad to leave. It is very basic and if you are desparate or just need an absolute minimum place to lay your head for the night then this might be for you. Carpet was dirty (didn't take... More
