Jules Lagoon is a great prep place for salt water diving before hitting the open water. While visibility is only 20 ft our group practiced open water skills... And one of our guys captured a manatee on his go-pro. Just one word of advice, don't turn in your weight belt with the weights still on, you might just face the... More

Here is a place that you could learn to snorkel with very little pressure. not much to see, the water is a little murky but it is an interesting idea. They have an underwater living quarters where you could spend the night if you want to spend a little cash. this makes this place pretty unique.

Went back this year and the attitude changed a lot. Much friendlier even inviting to come and have a look around. Interesting setup. Underwater hotel accommodation. Rather unusual. We did not stay, because we had other plans, but I would consider it. They also have marine science classes for school (and I guess other groups). The lagoon is a bit... More

This is the second time my husband and I have spent the night at Jules Undersea Lodge. We brought our 11 year old son this time. It is a fantastic and unique experience, highly recommended if you're looking for something out of the ordinary and a little adventurous. When I tell people about this place, they tend to assume that... More

We had the lodge to ourselves for about three hours when we signed up for the mini-adventure package. It set up back $150 apiece. We both are certified scuba divers, a prerequisite to visiting the lodge. We had our own snorkeling gear (mask, fins, and snorkel). The lodge operators provided, as part of the deal, the scuba gear. We received... More

We had multiple dive boats cancel due to wind and waves, so came out here to get in the water and do a small harbour dive to see the underwater hotel. It was a worthwhile experience to see and I'm glad we did it. Not sure I'd plan a day around it, but since we were cancelled a few times... More

We brought a group of 23 students from Iowa to get certitfied and I thought that Teresa was very helpful and accomodating when we invaded her lagoon! She met us at the door and greated us with open arms, gave the students a briefing about the place and what we might see under water. We did not get to go... More

We, a family of two adults and three kids aged 15, 17, 19, stayed the night. We loved the whole experience. The dive staff was terrific and most attentive. The gift shop guy was most helpful and friendly. True, the lagoon itself is not the best tropical dive site, 15 foot viz, but it is what it is. It is... More

I did some diving here when my son was doing his check out dive at this location - gets really dark and full of silt with a lot of divers in the area - I can not speak to the hotel as I did not stay - but if the dive shop check in was any indicator of the service... More

It does not have to be just a windy day for me to enjoy taking my student and dive guests to Jules for some fun diving. I personally have logged over 600 dives in this lagoon, and I still see something new and exciting every time I go there and dive. If you set your buoyancy perfectly and slow down... More
