We checked in around 7 p.m. and had no wait or problems. We booked on travelocity and I couldn't enter our frequent customer info. When we got there we told the clerk we had a Hilton Frequent Number. She upgraded our room to the tree top view room, didn't charge us for internet and gave us free continental breakfast everyday... more

We were not informed of the $12 per day parking charge, but the reservationist waived it when I balked..... THANKS (but is IS a total rip off because there is absolutely no other way to arrive except by car). The menu at the restaurant is about as abbreviated as you can get, and pretty mediocre, eat away from the hotel.... more

We really liked our 3rd floor bay-view room. Even though it overlooked the beach area, it was very well sound proofed. My husband found the bed too hard for his comfort but ok for me.Thank goodness for the couch. We readjusted the A/C vent to circulate more to our liking.
