I booked this place online where it is made to look like a very nice hotel. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is advertised as having upscale modern comforts with designer furnishings. It turned out that the chairs were old and uncomfortable with the paint on them chipped.Modern shower with dirty shower curtain came out as a trickle at... More

As stated in previous reviews, this is by no means a Hilton or Marriott, so if that's what you need, book there. It's a great place, however. It has its own little private beach area with a beautiful dock, nice sized pool, decent room with all the expected amenities. The staff was very friendly, great location with multiple restaurants within... More

Overall, location was good, right on the water and near a Starbucks. Downside, the whole place reeked of bleach. You would think this means that it's clean anyway, but after walking inside for a while, and having my feet turn black, it appears that bleach wasn't used to clean the floor.

We've stayed here for a week 3 times - it's location is very convenient for us. The property is outstanding - pool, beach, great views across Buttonwood Sound. Front desk/reservation staff is friendly and competent. Rooms are well-designed and functional. Good restaurants (Mrs. Mac's Kitchen, Snook's) are within walking distance. However, the housekeeping staff is possibly the worst I've ever... More

This is not the Hilton or Marriott, you want that, please go there. Bayside is not your standard sanitized little box, but a beautiful situation on the bay, with docks, kayaks, we had a patio with view (rm 101). Morning coffee also wide selection of bagels, pastries, etc. Has pool, deck chairs on dock, just perfectly relaxing situation. We sat... More

DO NOT stay at the Bayside Inn Key Largo!! This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed inn. My family and I booked a room online from their website, which makes the property look like a lovely place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Keys sunset. I was terribly and unpleasantly surprised when we pulled up to a very... More

Spent one night here on our way to Key West. This was our second time here - stayed one night about 5 years ago. We picked a room with a bay view -- #101, which also had a patio. The rooms are basic & typical "beach" room, small bathroom. While it could use some updating - it was clean &... More

Arrived in peak season so there were no alternatives under $200 a night. These rooms would cost no more than $75 in any other place, but in the keys in February they can charge what they want. Beds were tiny and old, the beach was a joke and the breakfast was basically a choice of 3 different fruit loop type... More

I had no idea how the musty moldy room effected me until we had a rainy day and we spent a large amount of time in the room. And that night I had trouble breathing. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. But that aside, the current upkeep is appalling! Only two of the beach chairs were not broken... More
