...so you're not forced to spend a lot of time in the room. The rooms especially the bathroom are wanting renovation: the bathroom fan didn't work and when it was "repaired" sounded like an airplane taking off. The good news is the pool is cleaned daily, the sandy area leading to the dock is very pleasant. Just choose a chaise... More

Stayed here for two nights visiting some friends. The receptionist's were very friendly. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do, especially scuba diving. There is a cool restaurant right off to the side of the hotel called snooks, with an amazing atmosphere at night, the food was delicious! definitely a must when staying at the bayside... More

Two things prevented a one-star review of this faded, neglected potential beauty. I added a star for the location, which is just perfect, and one for the superlative reception staff. I presume the owners don't read these reviews, otherwise something would have been done about the cleaning by now, but if they do, your receptionists deserve a raise. We arrived... More

The manager and her team were very pleasant and customer service oriented; our room had a beautiful view of the bay! We immediately required a plumber who arrived within 15 minutes and resolved the situation in a courteous and efficient manner. Our cleaning lady was most pleasant and efficient as well. Thank you, we will return for another stay. Pam... More

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. I walked across the room in my socks and they were black! I would not let me kids walk around without shoes on. The room is all tiles, that have not been mopped in weeks(at least). Everything was dusty and had not been cleaned in a long time. The beach is... More

Enjoyed a brief overnight stay here. Room was older, but clean. Nice but small pool. Tiny beach area. Restaurant next door had live music, so nice ambiance in beach area during the evening. Wifi worked fine. Breakfast OK. Check in staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Beautiful sunset. No view from room. Wifi worked fine.

Firstly this hotel is in a superb location right on the water with a bar and a restaurant overlooking the water on the sunset side, it could be spectacular. Our booking was for a room with a 'tropical garden view' which was frankly a total nonsense, there was no view. Whilst the beds were clean the room itself was dirty,... More

This place has an awesome location, excellent rooms and by that I mean, they are very clean, very reasonable. This is a very old hotel but has a fresh coat of paint and clean. Snookies, The tiki bar next door was Awesome!!

Don't expect good accommodations or service ... This place ain't it! Good price point, but I feel like I'm in a third-world country as soon as I walk in the door. The Keys are expensive: only stay here if you are maybe diving and don't plan on spending ANY time in the room. Especially the showers.
