Let's talk about PERFECT. Get evening and looking to finish the stay in complete amazement. They know how to do it here. The place, view, staff, & price is worth EVERYTHING. We even have a great sounding reef diving trip planned based on their recommendations. We WILL complete feedback on it as well.

ok, so let me preface this by saying that my wife and I have stayed in Florida before, albeit only once, but had a good idea what to expect. If you are looking for a Hilton 6 star hotel room, keep moving and dont bother. THAT SAID.....if you've looking for a quiet retreat with a tonne of stuff to do... More

We went there for our honeymoon last September (wedding was in May, 2011, but we didn't get to go away until September). We had a great time. We really liked the cottages. It was so different .... I might describe it as eclectic! Most other places are so cold and the same old same old - no personality! Also, the... More

This was just the thing for a sailing man and his tag-along wife. Our cottage was great, and having a kitchen meant we could have lazy breakfasts in our pajamas, then we made sandwiches for lunch out on the water, and we could go out for a nice meal for dinner. The staff was as helpful as you wanted; amazing... More

My husband and I have just returned from our week at KLSC. We wanted to sail, and thought this was a good possibility, and affordable. We of course read some of the criticisms on this website, and decided we'd book the trip and make the best of whatever came our way. Well, we couldn't have been happier with our experience.... More

Great cottages, ours was facing the Florida Bay and the sail boats. It was awesome! I have some great photos from our free sunset sail with Captain Paul. Our cottage was large with a jacuzzi tub and kitchenette. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We met several wonderful people there and shared a barbeque grilled dinner with them by... More

This was my second trip to KLSC and as usual it meant all my expecatations. The captains quarters were clean & fine and the sailing was good. The weather was better than earlier this month which helped. The weather earlier was a freak of nature. Anyone from the north should not complain about 70 degree weather. Our boat was ready... More

Its a quaint slightly rustic place with friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed sailing with my sons, nearby snorkeling and so on, The food at the little restuarant right there is awesome THe place is fairly clean and they keep working to improve it. It was cold and windy in the mid 70's of course back home it was about... More

We toured around Florida in an RV for the first time. We decided before leaving home in Scotland that we would stay here for 4nights. The price seemed very good and we thought we might be ready to get out of the RV for a few nights. We had read the reviews and knew (as guesthouse owners ourselves) that sometimes... More
