I came for a conference a few weeks ago and I am sad to report that this hotel is going downhill fast! While dining in the lobby lounge one evening I saw what I thought was just a drunk business man sitting at the table across from me. He was loud and visibly drunk. Normally this wouldn't be something to... More

I stayed here with my husband and two school-age children over Spring Break for 4 nights in a one-bedroom ocean view suite. I really wanted to like this hotel, but there were some rather noticeable glitches in service. First, the good: It is a clean hotel, nicely appointed public spaces (within expectations for a Ritz). The salt water pool was... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. We enjoyed our upgraded room very much, service was excellent, room immaculate, really had a great time. Loved the pool area and enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony each morning.

I booked this hotel months in advance thru Amex Platinum & was not able to get an ocean view but new I'd get an upgrade based upon availability, full breakfast & a $100 spa credit. As I've never had a bad experience at a Ritz Carlton anywhere, I made the booking. This is a full resort, with a great spa,... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. First off, the meeting rooms are freezing. Bring a jacket! Rooms are nice, but be prepared for thin walls. Food options are okay; staff at Cafe 4750 are kind and really quite friendly. Pool service was not the level expected at a Ritz. I think more training is needed there. Great spa, great beach, beautiful... More

I was hesitant to write this review because the Ritz did try to make things better for us. That being said, this is a Ritz, and the level of service is one the reasons we go to The Ritz. We had problems with the room being services almost daily. No turn down service. Coming in at 5 in the afternoon,... More

Our first stay here was a 2-night stay for my birthday in early February '14. We had a fantastic AMEX Platinum rate for a weekday stay and a direct ocean view room. I thought the valet was ridiculous at $20+ per day, as there was plenty of room to park and parking was close enough to the hotel, but we... More

Overall, we truly enjoyed our recent weeklong stay with our two kids (ages 15 and 12), and we would love to return. While this is not the most "over-the-top" Ritz in terms of decor and appointments, the location is beautiful, and the property is upscale, well-kept and well-run. The staff is particularly friendly, helpful and eager to please: We were... More

We spent 4 nights/5 days at this property and I am sad to say that it was less than ritzy. Let's start with getting nickle and dime for everything. You're charged for wifi. There is no complimentary wifi by the pool or common areas as in most hotels. 3G/4G/LTE barely worked in the room, so one was forced to pay... More

We spent a week at the Ritz Carlton. It's not our first trip to a Ritz but it was our first to this one. The food was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but all the little touches one normally expects in an upscale resort were missing. They never got our breakfast order correct. I called three times...
