This was our first visit to Amelia Island and The Addison Inn was the perfect place to stay. As other reviewers have stated, Bob and Shannon go the extra mile to ensure the best experience possible. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the grounds are beautiful, and the breakfasts are creative and decadent!!! One amenity that no one else... more

We enjoyed the inn, but especially our hosts. The breakfasts were filling, delicious and served with a smile. The afternoon wine and appetizers were also a great way to relax, meet the other guests and enjoy our hosts. We will return given the opportunity and the time. more

Once again, we have enjoyed a restful, relaxing visit provided by the innkeepers at The Addison on Amelia. From sun-up, with delicious taste treats including croissant French toast, to sundown, with great dinner recommendations, coffee & cookies available for late night snacks & the softest sheets imaginable, we were pampered in every way during our stay. Thanks, Bob, Shannon &... more

This was a luxurios, lavish retreat with an emphasis on "going green" which was a huge bonus. The sheets were AMAZING and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The breakfasts were out of this world. One word "spoiled" is how I felt. The inn keepers was so enjoyable and accomodating. I WILL BE BACK!! more

Our stay at the Addison House was wonderful. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The accommodations were great. Everything was done to perfection from room decor to daily room makeup. The breakfats were outstanding. We stayed for three days and each one was better than the day before. We looked forward to them each day. The evening social hour... more

We spent five nights in Room 3 of Addison on Amelia’s historical B&B and my husband said it our best beach trip in over 25 years! We loved the bright room’s high ceilings and tall windows with silk drapes, 600 thread count sheets, and long balcony. The nice bath room with Turkish towels and cozy, white bath robes was separated... more

My husband and I love to stay at B&Bs and boutique style hotels--this was one of our favorites. it was located right in the heart of the historic town of Fernandino so you could walk everywhere. the inn was lovely. Just small and quaint enough for an escape but with enough other guest that you would actually run into each... more
