As others have stated this hotel is new, everything in the property is in excellent condition. There was absolutely no problem with language or service in the hotel, everything worked as expected. There was no fridge or microwave in the room but both would be delivered upon request - we asked for a refrigerator and got one immediately. Airport noise... more

To begin the Staff at this hotel assumes everyone speaks Spanish, then they were very unaccommodating when I had a problem with the cable. They checked us out a day early along with disarming our room key in error and questioned re-establishing the key. more
