I stayed at this resort with my wife and three small children. We were charged an extra $100 dollars with no explanation, I only found out by checking my credit card account afterwards. We are very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to to give all our guests Four Diamond Service levels at all times. An added cleaning fee is only imposed after we find excessive cleaning will be necessary over and above our normal cleaning. Fortunately this is not a frequent occurance. Jeff Castner General Manager

Tough to define its category. Too expensive to be a low budget alternative, not good enough to compete with top resorts.
