This was our 3rd stay - finally remembered I wanted to write a review! We really love this hotel. Check in/Check out easy. Many encounters with friendly staff both maintenance & front desk. One of the better happy hour and continental breakfasts ever! Breakfast includes yogurts, cereals, juices, eggs, grits, biscuits/gravy, waffles, sausage/bacon, potatoes, breads & bagels, coffees. The hotel was very clean, service was great. Monday thru Friday a customer appreciation get together was held which offered 2 free drinks and appetizers. A hot breakfast was served daily and was very satisfying. I complimented the staff on numerous occasions because they deserved it. more

We love being on the beach and being able to lay in bed and watch the sunset. The rooms were beautiful, clean and roomy. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was more than we expected. I would totally recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. more

Whenever I bring my clients to Jacksonville, we stay on this property. Clients consistently appreciate being right on the beach. Especially those of us who do not get to see it on a regular basis. This hotel was great for the money. The location is right on the beach, but very old Florida. Lots of bums and lots of gum/ants on the boardwalk. Not many good restaurants within walking distance - Joe's Crab Shack and Sneakers - decent, but not "dining".
