There was not full disclousure about the construction. Beach renourishment,Bull dozers and rusted pipes,in the view of beach.Gulf blvd.,road construction,jack hammers at 8 am. 3 story private home going up next door,saws,power tools,etc.8 am sharp,behind bedroom.Huge condos on other side going up.
