Fantastic beach location. Upgraded rooms spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Friendly hosts, Frank and Kim, make everyone very welcome, creating a friendly, cheerful atmosphere. I have just read the reviews and im gobsmacked,we have just returned from sunburstinn,and it was fantastic,we went with friends, kim & frank were the most friendliest people,nothing was too much trouble,very polite,friendly,funny,helpful,i could go on,my room was lovely and clean,the bedlinen was the softest linen i have ever slept on,i will definately return and recommend sunburst to all friends... more

From reading the reviews the inn has new management and apparently not for the better. Ive stayed their several times [solely because they accepted pets}The rooms are small and the place is getting run down.The plus is that it is on the beach but you can do a lot better $$ price - wise with a little effort. more
