Very disappointing. We stayed in this unit from June 29 through July 5 2014. The avg high that week was 91, the avg low temp was 79. The air conditioner did not work properly. We arrived on Sunday, and the condo was very warm. We felt it might be due to having the door open throughout the "move in" process,... More

We are very sorry that your experience in your unit at Holiday Villas III was not optimal during the busy 4th of July week. Due to the fact that the rentals are all privately owned, an issue like an air conditioning condenser not cooling is not taken lightly and sometimes does require necessary evaluation before it can just be replaced.... staff A+, Location A+, the rest good. I would not pay top dollar but if you get a deal take it. Our room 2/2 about 1100sq ft up to date and clean. flat screen in every room, view great cons: 1 slow elevator 1 pool no gas grill, 3 charcoal ( nice if you like them) while in bedroom could... More

In April we stayed in 110. Needed some updates like furniture, decor and beds very noisy but it was clean. Really preferred beachfront but the price was nice so can't complain. Free WiFi by the pool is a joke. You can get it if you stand directly in front of the office and not move. Loved the area and the... More

During the month of March we stayed in condo 206. The space was recently remodeled with new cupboards, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The patio furniture was low and comfortable as were the couches. There was a lovely flat-screen, but as it was Sony, was a bit slow to respond which was confusing for the seniors in our party.... We are currently staying in 106. The view is beautiful. The unit itself smells very musty and damp. Furniture is extremely dated, likely from late 80s early 90s. Kitchen has been updated with granite, no disposal in sink though. Living room and kitchen area are all livable. The bedrooms are incredibly in need of new beds, bedding, and carpet. The... More

We currently are staying in this unit. Yes several of this complaints are legit, but to imply it is not livable. Really? Furniture was cleaned prior to us arriving. It is a hub for us we have no intention of not leaving it was reasonably clean. light mold on shower curtain. View is beautiful. No bird droppings on balcony. Larry... More

We rented Unit #302 for 2 weeks in February. While the decor was a little dated, the unit was clean and comfortable. We overlooked the Gulf and could watch dolphins and sunsets from our balcony. While each unit had a dedicated parking space, some were difficult to use because of the pillars. The office staff was helpful and accommodating.

We need to first commend Larry and Derrick, onsite managers, for making our stay manageable. The condition of this unit is not indicative of the facility or them. This unit shouldn't be lived in by anyone in its present state. The owner (who we understand is elderly, so we have some sympathy for that) should not have this unit on... More

A little longer review and in 2 parts but I feel deserving of it. CONDO CORP. There is an on site office that is staffed regularly daily (Sunday included) and on check in days they have extended hours. If check in is going to be late, they will accommodate you and in our case, early check in was much appropriated... More

this is a delayed review due to many health health issues...stayed the whole month of February, 2013...this was our second time, and already have reservations for 2014...we really like this facility, mainly for location, location, location..as mentioned by previous reviewers, the place is a little dated, but is kept in excellent condition...the facility has everything you need...the manager, larry graves...
